On the edge of the downtown core and friendly staff members. Price seems lower than those closer to core. You can hear the trains. The hotel is dated and the rooms feel old and whilst generally clean there are inconsistencies with crumbs on fridge and bits on floor. Sockets and USB plugs are focused on one side of the bed.

On 10th floor.....the bed was shabbily made and when I got between the sheets there was GRIT! Questionable whether the sheets had been changed since the last occupant. Also very foul odor in the hallway.....no towel service on my second day and the body shower dispenser in the shower was empty. Very nice fitness center... read full comment

Outdated and worn out. Not worth the room rate. Old beat-up and in need of a serious renovation.
