This hotel was in excellent condition! I loved the ease of check-in, the fast elevators, the comfortable mattress and nice-quality toiletries provided in-room. Definitely a great stay for a great price.

A decent location in Cleveland with a dated feel.Good check-in, only mixed up the room number, so only one return trip to the front desk.The room was mediocre. Looked clean but dated. Smelled bland, not overly perfumed, nor did it smell fresh.The staff is courteous and efficient.But there are better options in Cleveland.

Great location. The downtown area is very clean and easy to navigate. This hotel is within walking distance of the baseball stadium, basketball arena, football stadium, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.My only not pick with the room was the lighting. It needed slightly more overhead fixtures.
