“I googled Phone Repair near me, found this store and was there within 15mins of reading a few reviews! I arrived at 10:48am, iPhone screen half black, cracked, couldn’t use a single button! The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work! “As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”

“Highly recommend this location Mike is very knowledgeable super informative and one of the most professional sales representatives we’ve every worked with he helped us bring our numbers from Verizon which was 6 lines and also helped us get 2 new phones and lines for our youngest daughters the price even with protection and their best unlimited plan is cheaper than what we were paying for 6 lines with Verizon if you are looking to make a switch you have to come visit Mike he will give you the best service of any provider out there and we will always come back to him for anything we need and we are already referring all of our family and friends to come see him!! Make this man a manager or director he is beyond terrific!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because he is terrific!!!!”

“I tried to share on the site however couldn't find a way to, Anyway on Friday I went to add two more lines to my plan. While there I met Tip and Al both of them were the epitome of knowledgeable about the product, personable, and guided us in the correct direction in phone selection. The biggest upside was me and my daughter were all done with in 30 minutes of arrival. The two of them are a great asset to Cricket”
