“Yesterday I took my sons iPhone into get the screen repaired. He shattered the entire LCD screen.I took it in and the men are humble. They gave a fare price to fix it. I was extremely skeptical. He said 45 min. I instantly thought, there’s no way.I came back a hour later and the phone looked brand new. I couldn’t believe the job that he did on this phone. It looked like it came straight from the apple factory. No blemishes. The work he did was amazingly good. As good as if not Better than any apple employee.Im very blessed and thankful for them.Thanks again. Definitely saved me hundreds compared to buying a new phone.”

I visited the store in Cincinnati on Harrison Ave. He helped me understand my bill and Aldo switched me to a lower plan because I am a senior, 70 yrs old and told the rep that sold me the plan that I just wanted a basic plan which I did not get from him!”
“I have been coming to this store for years and have experienced good and bad service. Lately, they have been short staffed and I have had to wait longer than usual but the service has been worth the wait. While I was waiting for Amanda to finish working with another customer a new gentleman who just walked in the door approached me asking if I need help. Amanda told him I she was taking care of me and he mumbles- what the **** ever. He then started helping another customer and in my opinion was extremely unpleasant, dry and rude. I will be back but I will not allow this guy, I wish I knew his name, to take care of me. Bad bad hire. I know you guys need more staff but the quality of your choice in those you hire matter. Was told if I order online it would be a $75 restock fee but they offered to order into store to avoid it if my child didn’t like it. Arrived quickly and when I went down pick up and activation were a breeze.”
