“I googled Phone Repair near me, found this store and was there within 15mins of reading a few reviews! I arrived at 10:48am, iPhone screen half black, cracked, couldn’t use a single button! The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work! “What a pleasure these guys are to deal with! I try to solve my own problems, but when I fail and have to have help, this is the only store I’ll go to. They never make me feel bad for asking for help, no matter the problem. They’re always upbeat and friendly while they help me out. Michael even stayed late to finish up helping me make the transfer on my new phone. Kudos to the management here for hiring such a great team!”
“The Harrison Ohio location, Eric was very professional. Patiently answering all my questions. He took the time to explain everything. And even helped through the entire process of setting up my new phones.
I went back to the store a couple days later because there were things on the receipt that I was confused about and he took the time I needed to make sure I understood everything.

“Highly recommend this location Mike is very knowledgeable super informative and one of the most professional sales representatives we’ve every worked with he helped us bring our numbers from Verizon which was 6 lines and also helped us get 2 new phones and lines for our youngest daughters the price even with protection and their best unlimited plan is cheaper than what we were paying for 6 lines with Verizon if you are looking to make a switch you have to come visit Mike he will give you the best service of any provider out there and we will always come back to him for anything we need and we are already referring all of our family and friends to come see him!! “I stopped into this store to pick up a quick prepaid SIM card and some extra data while traveling through the area, and the service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The storefront was clean, bright, and well-organized with all the latest devices on display, making it easy to see what options they had available. The representative who helped me was very polite and handled the activation process smoothly, getting my phone hooked up to the network in just a few minutes without trying to aggressively upsell me on expensive accessories or insurance plans. My only minor complaint was that the store was a bit understaffed with only one employee working the floor, so a small line started to form behind me, but the staff member did a great job of staying focused and moving the process along as quickly as possible.”
