Best Buy is a large electronics retailer where customers can purchase items like TVs, printers, and monitors. Experiences with service and pricing vary significantly among customers. Some find the process of picking up online orders to be quick and efficient, allowing for a fast in-and-out visit. However, many reports highlight consistent problems with customer service and store operations. Customers frequently describe difficulty getting help in person, with staff sometimes appearing unavailable or unhelpful, leaving people waiting without clear explanations. There are also major issues with larger online orders, including technical errors where paid-for items are not delivered, requiring extensive follow-up calls and store visits that often lead to unreturned messages and unresolved problems. Delivery and price adjustment processes can be problematic, involving rescheduled deliveries, confusion over refund deadlines that are not clearly communicated, and significant challenges in speaking directly with a manager or a helpful representative by phone. While some price adjustments are eventually honored, the effort required is considerable. Pricing is often viewed as higher than online alternatives, making the store more suitable for immediate needs rather than for finding the best deal. Overall, while some locations and individual interactions are satisfactory, many customers express frustration with service reliability, leading them to consider other retailers.
Had a great experience. Picked up an online order and then also had to buy an additional item in store. The gentleman that helped me out was great.

Best place to kill time in, plenty of good electronics and accessories.

Haven't had any problems while shopping here. You might find a lot of opened packages and theft though. I'm not sure how many empty phone cases and ripped up pop socket packages I saw while there the other day. 😅
