“Everyone at this location was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, especially the worker who helped me ( I think his name is Josh? So mad at myself that I cannot remember!) I was eligible for an upgrade per my plan and had visited another T Mobile location in the same day before coming to this one. At the other store, they sort of shooed me out, not even looking up my plan information or anything about me at all and told me I would not be eligible for an upgrade due to a crack on the back of my phone. This location was so wonderful and took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I got my upgrade, just like I was told after switching plans. Thank you to everyone at this store!”

“I have to thank Jeff and Jordan, VERY VERY VERY HELPFUL. I am a T-Mobile customer. I had an issue with another customer on Verizon's network, somehow they had bought a phone and it seems that they did not pay their bill or this was some kind of fraudulent activity with the same hardware IMEI number as my phone. Long story short this meant that my phone ended up on Verizon's block list causing me to no longer be able to activate my phone on any carrier. My phone was stuck in SOS mode on T-Mobile service. T-Mobile could not fix this issue. I contacted Verizon support over the phone and finally after many many calls and many many hours... actually 2 days of working on this, the guys at the Verizon corporate store here were able to look into the issue for real. Everyone else at Verizon was extremely unhelpful. Especially in their call center for support. These guys here helped me immediately with no questions asked and they trace down as much information as they possibly could get that day. Just one day later they had the whole situation fixed somehow. I thought for sure that regardless of the situation, it was going to take many days. Unfortunately I had already bought a new phone, but this did then allow me to trade this in at the Apple Store for trade-in credit. Yes, this issue prevented me from activating the phone AND trading it in. My phone was a brick, it was a really bad situation.
