“This is one of the best jobs I have ever had since my career change. I am very pleased with the staff I work with. We work together as a team. I have worked with this company almost three years, and couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a place that can work with you and your schedule this is the place.”

“I was able to get a new service started very quickly and the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is it was hot in the store (thermostat read 76, with air not on until 80) so I was warm and borderline sweaty by the time I left.”

“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”

“Customer service is absolutely AWESOME! I called verizon earlier & after being on the phone for over 2 hours, they were still unable to fix the problems I was having. I went to this store in Streetsboro & they had the 3 issues fixed, in less than 30 minutes. They were so polite & professional. Jameira & Maia are 2 beautiful ladies & helped me immensely....thanks again ladies!”

“Dane is the manager and from he on down through the staff. It is the best experience i've had in a store of that kind . With me and with everyone else in the store that I could eavesdrop on their conversation, they were professional patient and kind. If I had been able to map out my experience at the store before I entered it would not have gone as well as it did in reality.”

“After getting a new piece of Hardware I asked if one of the customer service guys if there's anything he could do to bring my bill down. I was paying over $300 a month and I've been with Spectrum for 25 years. He looked into it and brought my bill down considerably. Forget trying to do it online I'm going to go into the Spectrum store to get help from now on. Five stars to this guy who helped me.”

“I was missing my modem for when I ordered my service to a joint account (I believe there were communication issues when I called the general Spectrum Customer Service number) and luckily the workers here helped me immediately. I was struggling for days trying to figure out what happened but one of the workers (Alex I think?) helped me get a new modem in just a few minutes. I appreciate the quickness and the workers help!”
