“I had received sim cards from T-Mobile's web site but didn't have all the info to install them. T-Mobile customer service said I had to go to a store to get things done, so I went to the store. Ashraf helped me and was very patient (I said my phones were unlocked; turns out one wasn't) and did a great job, telling me what I had to do and in turn he doing much to figure things out. Took about an hour but both phones were eventually set up. Great service here!”

There was a significant wait for an associate, so unfortunately I didn't get any face to face but I know that Verizon is the gold standard. Sometimes the wait can be up to an hour, but staff has always acknowledged the waiting customers during that time. Good deals on phones and other electronics.”
