“Orlando is exceptional! I came to this store after having an awful experience at the Polaris/Lewis Center Verizon store. He was so helpful and made this typically stressful experience for me an enjoyable time! I will go to him for any future phone needs. He was standing at the front door to greet me as soon as I got there. It was so nice to have a great conversation and make this experience as easy as possible. This man deserves a raise! He was above and beyond all expectations and I even left my purse there and he called me right away so I could come back and get it. I was going to just buy all of my new phone chargers, accessories, and cases cheap on amazon or tj maxx but he was so fabulous I ended up purchasing all of my gear from him directly which is something I never do because I think they are overpriced. He helped me pick out the cutest phone case to go with my super cute pink new Iphone 16. He was fabulous! Everyone be sure to go see MR.Orlando!”

“I have always gone out of my way to come to this Verizon store. I have had issues with poor customer service at other locations, but never this one.
All the staff I’ve worked with actually take the time to help you, walk you through plans, phones, etc while being friendly and beyond helpful.
My last experience was with Eriq, Ethan and Christina and each one gave me excellent service. I highly recommend this store in Columbus.”
