“The teller named Sree Prathipati was so helpful to me at this branch on Friday! She helped my husband and I with getting a form notarized and a wire transfer put thru. When she put all the info in for the wire transfer, the system locked her out, but she remained patient, persistent, helpful, and kind to put it all in for me again. In the midst of this she was also managing and directing customers thru the lobby for their needed destinations and even helped a drive thru customer. She was very efficient at multi tasking, taking care of everyone and accomplishing the tasks at hand (this was during lunch hour while another teller was on break). I appreciated her so much!”

D’Angelo was able to help us out with our savings account and educating us more on all the different things that our bank has to offer. “I recently noticed that I had some fraudulent charges on my 5/3rd checking account, and after logging nearly 10 phone hours futilely attempting to rectify the situation, I decided to visit the local branch. Not only was "Juan" knowledgeable about the (ridiculous) conundrum I was in, but he was patient enough to walk me (figuratively) through the entire process of rectifying my account. If you're in need of some help with your Capital One banking needs, I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and ask for Juan; you'll be glad you did!”

“We have been thinking of consolidating several asset accounts into one place. On Monday, we were just passing by and walked into Charls Schwab Dublin office without appointment late in afternoon.The consultant, Clay Muhlenkamp, met with us and listened to our needs. He did a great job, explaining Charls Schwarb services in details and provided a specific plan for us. I think Clay is very professional and customer oriented. When we left, it was well over 5:30pm and the office was supposed to close at 5:00pm.Thanks for the great advice and we are considering Charls Schwab for our finincial needs in the near future.”

“Actually, you can get through to BCU at the gated entrance at Cardinal Health, at least in Dublin, OH. All you need is to present a BCU credit card or debit card or some other type of BCU ID. It's easy and quick. Hope your next visit is a good one! God bless!”

“I recently had issues with the 5/3 credit card customer service. I could not understand the person and the issue had not been corrected 1 1/2 months later. In frustration, while still "steaming", I called the 5/3 banking office on Avery/Muirfield Drive, Dublin, Ohio directly. A staff member from this office, Ms. Courtney Kitchen, was outstanding and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. She also followed up with a phone call several days later (which was totally unexpected). Exceptional individual, a real keeper!!”

“As a business owner you want to make sure that you're dealing with the right bank. For several years I have dealt with a number of the local major banks in town and have ended up having headaches. Employees leaving, nobody caring about your business, etc. When I went to Riverside Bank of Dublin I cannot say enough about the amazing staff and everyone that works there who legitimately care about you being a successful business as their customer. I would not recommend any other bank except Riverside Bank of Dublin once you go there you will never go anywhere else”
