“The manager of the store, Dylan Stewart, provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service last night. During the transfer of info to a new phone bought online, the final steps were not able to be completed. This became a complicated problem. Dylan worked over an hour and a half past the store closing time to ensure the phone would be in good working order for me. He was professional, patient, and kind beyond words. I can't thank him enough, and I hope he gets recognized by corporate for his work ethic.”

Left with the new phone and the data finished transferring from the old phone to the new phone by the time I arrived home. I did move the pictures off the old phone the day before to speed up the process. Spacious store with many phones on display. And the store even has restrooms.”
“I really like these guys. It's so hard to get decent internet out in the country, and they provide the best return on investment. On their network we run smart home devices, stream movies, and listen to music. Sometimes the service goes down, but I have always been happy with their customer service and resolution timeframes. I would recommend them.”

“I was happy to receive help from Zak K. at this Delaware location. I was frustrated by spending multiple hours on the phone with Verizon being transferred multiple times. My time is valuable. Zak was friendly, patient, professional, calm, knowledgeable, caring and competent. He treated those around him with respect as well as those on the phone from Verizon. He was able to complete multiple transactions for me and I headed back to the store once again after running into complications via phone with Verizon. It took some time, but Zak was dedicated to the customer experience and accomplished what I needed.I am not a person to write reviews but feel the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. It was also appreciated that the busy store was clean and the other staff members were all very friendly as well.”
“The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. We came in with an array of asks (line changes, phone upgrade, etc) and they handled everything with ease. Rowan was the expert who helped us throughout most of our process and they were wonderful. I was only in town for the holiday, but will actually wait until I’m in this area to make any other trips to the T-Mobile store. This is the one you want to visit!”
