“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

I was very upset when I came to the store because the phone support couldn't figure out the issue but Shelly and her team calmed me down and handled the issue..
UPDATE: ATT HAS HAS THE PHONES IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THE GM IS A BIG BABY MAN WHO THINKS ITS FUNNY

“I took my mom to this Cricket location to get a new phone. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted by a very kind young lady name Leah. Leah helped my mom choose a phone and accessories to protect her new phone. While we were waiting to get everything changed over another really nice young lady name Allison helped my mom choose a Bluetooth speaker. Allison went over the features of the speaker and even demonstrated the volume for her. Once we were all done Leah informed my mom that if she needed any help setting up her phone that she can always come in and they would be happy to help her with the setup. These two ladies were very friendly and pleasant and made the change over quick and simple.”
