“I visited The exchange outdoor center, the main exchange and the commissary. I'll clean it and set up well with the main exchange. Was overpriced as typical for most exchanges these days. The cashier assistance at the commissary was fantastic. Very very friendly helpful lady”

“I always find either what I am looking for. We got a great deal on a new Kitchenaid with all the mixers and a larger bowl. Even the employees were saying they hadn't seen that one there( it was hidden behind alot of stuff on a higher shelf like someone was saving it for later).
Good place for snacks, Olive Oil, Madagascar Vanilla, coffee and so much more!”

“a wonderful store. BUT why is it so dirty?! Why doesn’t anyone wash the floors in your fitting rooms. There has been a stain from some kind of liquid in one of the fitting rooms for more than two months. Close your store for one day from customers and do a general wet cleaning, at least one once a month!!!!”

“This review is for the Beavercreek store in particular the store manager, Tina. I realized after making an in store return for items that I bought online that I had inserted a different credit card than the one I uses for purchase and was afraid that I would not get credit for the return. This was totally my fault but wanted to be sure that I would get the refund. Tina could not assist me with correcting the return explaining that it was not within her purview to do so but was the most kind and helpful person that I could have hoped to provide help. She stayed with me while contacting Customer Care who I did not personally talk with but advised through Tina what I may need to do. Although my issue is not yet resolved, I was so impressed with her customer service skills that I just want to give a shout out.
Update: I did get my refund so all is well. :)”
“I only visited to pick up on online order. That was the quick and easy part. The online ordering process wasn't. Meijer's website was slow and cumbersome. Each item in a category was scattered across all the category pages. You'd be looking for peanut butter and find Skippy on page 2, Jif on page 6, Peter Pan on page 9, organic on page 10, and the store brand also on page 10. No similar items were ever listed together.”

I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!”

“Only here to highlight an employee who went above and beyond. I had a missing item from an order, that even though it had been a week since placing it and I had to wait until cameras could be checked, Kira (from the Huber Heights, OH store) made my daughters Christmas happen. If it wouldn't have been for her, my daughter may have missed out on her gift. Not only was she quick to check footage but also a great communicator and went above and beyond to check other stores and reach out to them so they could place a tablet on hold for me to pick up same day. Even upgraded to the next best thing since it was lost and out of stock. Thank you soooo much Kira!! Target is lucky to have you!”
“Just wanted to brag about one of your employees for a brief moment. Her name is Erin. I had an emergency the other day, where I thought my dog had eaten a Decon mouse poison block. She went above and beyond by looking everything up known to man, calling her vets and vet techs and even called me back like she said she would to give me more options and advice as to what to do for our fur baby… She really cared unlike the doctors at Medvet and poison control. Her kindness went unnoticed and I wanted to thank her immensely for going above and beyond and being an all star employee, and just a caring human being!!Thanks again Erin. You rock!! And my fur baby is doing great!”
“I have the tendency to shop there late at night. Parking is close to the door. Store is quiet. There are still a number of people shopping at night. When announcing store is closing please head to check out. Self checkout is the only open registers. Very seldom a weight. Staff has always been polite. Store is always clean. They do shut down the other Entrance around 9 but not for sure so leaving one way in and one way out”

“I go to this Ross every couple months for the pet toys they keep well stocked. I get toys for 3 dogs who in spite of my variety they always want the same toy. Well I was already getting a great price when Keisha also asked me if I get the senior discount. I sure do and thanks in making this purchase a great deal. “Only 1 register & 3 self checkout lanes open on a Wednesday at 12pm. These poor employees are so disgruntled with the lack of support & workers. I know management is having a hard time with workers, but also losing business with people not wanting to wait.

“This is the best Walmart in the Dayton area by far. It's very clean and well-maintained. It's huge! Has a huge craft area. A really nice home goods area too. They also have a very large and updated clothing area. Definitely going to come back here if I need something at Walmart vs the one closer to my house. Worth the drive.”

“Very large selection of clothing at a great price. Burlington carries many items. On my last visit the aisles were wider which made it easier to maneuver the aisles without having to back someone out or push someone forward to make a selection and or view clothes.”

“Meijer is, easily, my favorite large grocery store in the area. The prices are close to Walmart but the variety of product is so much better. Their perks program is free and I easily get enough points for good gas discounts just doing shopping for three people once a week.”
