“Chris Auel is amazing! From the moment that we walked in to see the R & B selection of refrigerators and freezers until he emailed us to make sure that they were properly installed Chris was remarkable. He is very personable, professional and has a vast knowledge of the product line. He was able to narrow our options once we identified our needs. We chose the GE Profile line. Chris set us up for a delivery date and when our refrigerator arrived he called and asked for photos from the delivery team to make sure that it all fit well. I am so pleased that we did not go to a big box store. R & B has a huge inventory and extremely good service. We will be calling Chris when we replace our washer and dryer for sure!
I wrote the above review a year ago and guess what? We returned from vacation last week with bulging suitcases and found our dryer was broken! A great service man said we needed a new one. One call to Chris Auel (as I mentioned last year- somewhat fortuitously) and BOOM! Chris recommended a model. I stopped by the store and he showed me an Electrolux set ( our washing machine was not working well) that was just what we needed. He quickly wrote up the order, set up delivery for the following day(!) and after paying I was out the door in under 10 minutes- Whoa!
The following day Brian and Cole from R & B removed our old machines and efficiently installed the new set. They did a fine job and tested the machines to make sure that they were working.
Awesome service and we highly recommend Chris and the entire R & B team!”

“I just happened to find this place by reading other 4 & 5 star reviews somewhere else and I could find nothing bad reported. I walked in expecting to pay more than I could afford to have my refrigerator repaired. I explained the issue I had with my refrigerator to Harlan, the owner. He was so friendly and kind. He told me that I didn't need to pay him to come out to repair it. He even went step-by-step showing me on a refrigerator in the shop how I could repair it myself and even gave me some of the parts he had. He gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I had to call him twice and he answered both questions. Bottom line is I repaired the refrigerator myself and it did not cost me anything. I highly recommend this place.”

I was able to buy my used fridge and have it delivered two days later.
Phil and Jamie delivered the fridge and took the old one away. They called to let me know they were on their way and were able to deliver the new fridge and take the old one away without a hitch. They were much appreciated.”

“We went to pick up a truck that we rented on line, the two employee were the worst workers I have ever came across they didn't talk to me just pointed saw me struggling trying to work the on line process, didn't say a word I was so frustrated I canceled my rental.”
“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”
“They load their company trucks first thing in the morning, starting at 7. I showed up at 8:45 and they were done amd ready. No overnight parking to speak of, easy access from the highway. There are a few truck stops 30 miles away, a couple closer, but they have very little parking. People are nice. If a customer pulls in, count on them dropping whatever theyre doing and putting you on hold.”
“Went in looking for a very specific item. Online said it was available in store. Couldn't find said item and asked an associate, very helpful young lady who took me right to it. Will definitely return!”
“Who doesn't like construction supplies and tools. But prices are terrible and I'm blaming politics and all their Bull crap should see some cheaper pricing election just around the corner.

“Great selection, great appearance, but they need to hire people to give customers INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLANTS... Someone like me!
And I really appreciate that they cut the PVC pipe to the customer's specifications!”

“Mr. Bill at the Aaron’s, Hamilton location has been unbelievably kind and understanding throughout my entire renting process. I recently had a personal medical emergency and was unable to communicate with the team for an extended period of time. Mr. Bill has made sure my experiences were that of no stress and heard me as a person and not just a customer or payout. This type of sympathy and compassion for your job are few and far between.”
“We love the kid's workshop they host. While it does get loud with a bunch of kids hammering, it's totally worth it. My kids look forward to going to these events, plus learning to build something from scratch is a great life skill! The staff that host the workshop are always kind and pleasant as well.”
“We had Caleb as our Geek Squad tech for my Apple phone that had problems. He wasn’t able to fix it, because the diagnostics said nothing was wrong. But he really worked with us trying to fix the problems. And there is definitely problems. They just don’t show up in the diagnostics. But that is not his fault. He was very personable, and very apologetic, that he couldn’t give me a new phone.”
“The East Hamilton Home Depot is AMAZING. The store donated a large amount of plywood and other materials to help build shelves for the Liberty Township Fire Department. I am a Boyscout from Troop 940 and this shelf building project was my Eagle Project. Home Depot’s donation helped me build shelving units for the fire department’s storage space. I’m so thankful for them. Home Depot’s drive to help the community shows what a great place it is to shop!”
“Customer service rep knowledge can be hit or miss. We never found an AT&T phone specialist so couldn't get help with our upgrade request. I asked some OLED vs QLED questions and the CSR fumbled with answers. The other day, A CSR helped me with OLED & QLED questions who did have the answers. It just depends on who you talk to sometimes. Overall, They try and generally provide good service. Definitely can't get help on Amazon with these types of questions.”

“Custom Distributers once again went above and beyond with sales and service. Our refrigerator quit working and was not feasible to be fixed. We immediately drove to Custom Distributors having purchased there previously. Brian was our salesman. He was professional and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of refrigerators that would fit our space. He also was able to show us refrigerators that were immediately available. We bought a GE refrigerator. It was delivered within a week. There was a minor missing shelf but Brian had a new shelf/ bin shipped to us immediately. He was very responsive and just great. The price of our refrigerator was very competitive and was even less than the big box stores. We highly recommend Custom Distributors and if you ask for Brian / Salesperson you will be in exceptionally good hands.”
