“We had Caleb as our Geek Squad tech for my Apple phone that had problems. He wasn’t able to fix it, because the diagnostics said nothing was wrong. But he really worked with us trying to fix the problems. And there is definitely problems. They just don’t show up in the diagnostics. But that is not his fault. He was very personable, and very apologetic, that he couldn’t give me a new phone.”

“Customer service rep knowledge can be hit or miss. We never found an AT&T phone specialist so couldn't get help with our upgrade request. I asked some OLED vs QLED questions and the CSR fumbled with answers. The other day, A CSR helped me with OLED & QLED questions who did have the answers. It just depends on who you talk to sometimes. Overall, They try and generally provide good service. Definitely can't get help on Amazon with these types of questions.”
