“Horrible drive thru clerk. The male clerk is extremely unprofessional and rude to his customers every time. Previously, he insulted my grandmother and called her a b****. I refuse to go again if he’s still working there.”
“While this is minor Kitt Katt Churros were listed at 2.89 and I was charged 3.19 because the clerk said that was on the register. I pointed to the sign at the counter and he would not change it. Disappointing UDF.”
“I've been going there for approximately a year or more. The employees are kind. It is a small store, but their variety is impressive. It seems they thought of everything. In addition to their standard convenience store products (beer, pop, chips, Keno, etc.), they also have canned cat food, walking canes, car fresheners and more. It's really a sight to see.”
“This UDF is awesome, due to a recent battle with throat cancer I cannot speak. The staff at this UDF store bend over backwards to accommodate me and the things I need. I cannot thank them them enough. God bless this UDF!”

“Honestly I think they're a tad pricey on snacks, BUT it's a gas station so that's expected! AND they carry snacks you can't find @ every gas station. The super nice & helpful employees are why I choose to keep going!”
“It is expensive based on certain items, however its not corporate its franchise so i get it. U r paying 4 that reason as well as convenience. They r SUPER FRIENDLY! I hate being called ma'am but i dont mind it at this place. Never been in this location until i moved 2 Fairfield in 11/21. Ive become a "regular ". Its so close 2 our house and i must say their beer is cheaper than some of the grocery stores in the area. Everything is more expensive now but i like having them so close by when i need something close 2 home. ?”
“My son didn’t have health insurance and he needed an antibiotic. The pharmacist took time to help us find a coupon! He was busy too it didn’t matter to him, though he took care of us! They will always have my business. December 23 at 7 pm.”

“Chelsea needs to be recognized for what she did for me tonight. I was taking an uber from work to this Thortons and then home. My uber driver was making me feel unsafe and all around creeping me the hell out. I had told her that I was uncomfortable and she was really quick with her thinking and not only walked me outside (pretended like she knew me) but she turned on the front cameras for me to make sure that if she didn't hear from me when I got home that she had his information. I really feel like she's the kind of person everyone WISHES for in that situation. She made me feel so much safer just by acting quickly and putting everything they teach you to good use and I can't thank her enough for that. She could have brushed it off but she didnt and im super thankful for that. It will literally always be on my mind. Plus the store was very well stocked and clean and creepy driver aside I got my snacks lol”
“I literally only come for spongebob popsicles, they do have them but today when I visited I wanted to get some and there were no spongebob popsicles, only spiderman. If you restock the spongebob popsicles i'll give it a good five.”

“Ken at this store is the best. His sense of humor is dry but, wonderful. Those without a sense of humor might find him unresponsive or that he does not care about customer service but he gives the best service. I asked him to hold me some ornaments so I could come back on 12/26 and get them on sale. Husband and I went the next day to get them and Ken is a man of his word. He had me and my husband cracking up. My husband and I love this guy and have only visited the store 3 times and he is by far, along with another employee who looks like he should live in Malibu, CA surfing. Deidra is a complete delight as well and assisted me numerous times in finding things in the store. Have never met the Manger, but I love his crew in the store. Have never used the pharmacy so have no opinion there. I just know if you go when Ken, Blonde Surfer guy (Sorry didn't get his name) or Deidra is there you will get great customer service.”
