“I go to this Shell almost every day if not every other! The busiest gas station I have ever seen.I never had to wait long and find stuff always stocked and clean!! They alwats have lotto line running smooth without holding up the cashier lines. I will say one thing for sure! They have the most beautiful women working here!! Every ONE OF THEM SMILING AND TALK TO YOU LIKE FAMILY! Yesterday I had a make cashier who made sure he told me about the Kriger and Shell.cards and rewards! He threw a couple jokes in and I left smiling AGAIN!! But don't leave anything I your car unsecured, I did see a few snatch and grabs fro. Rolled down windows WHICH IS ENTIRELY THE FAULT of whoever felt it ok to leave their stuff all put like a NEON SIGN-Here's my stuff just take it! It is west Cinci no matter how amazing the Shell is once outside its business as usual!! Love this spot!!”

“Can use window cleaner in your water for cleaning car windows paper towels for windows. Pump shut off early twice when using gift cards. Had 2 gift cards with a few dollars on each. Left about an $8 balance on ea ch card.”

“I am leaving all five stars for this BP only because of the amazing customer service in such friendly beautiful charming so that I dealt with tonight her name isEEIDE ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ She was an absolute JOY to service me tonight at 3AM! I just got off work and I needed to run in to grab some things for my kiddos and myself and she greeted me so politely with her mask on and I justwish ALL “BP” Employees were like her and I really really hope that the company sees the potential in her to be more in the company because she really deserves it she’s very friendly and she doesn’t SIGH ? ? if you ask her questions OR GET IRRITATED LIKE MOST!! But instead- further helps you with what you are looking for! Not a lot of BP employees actually do this most BP employees actually stay behind the counter and don’t really do anything besides wait for the person to come up and check out but she was cleaning and she was maintaining the establishment and I wish her all of the best! Her boss is very lucky to have her! I only give credit where credit is due and she is one that deserves a lot of credit!- She has SUCH a generally natural- happy vibe to her and I will only go to this location but call first to see if it is her working!! hopefully I can catch her every time!!You are an AMAZING PERSON inside and out EEIDE! ?? you are a valuable worker and a valuable person in this society!
