Awesome guy, quick easy transaction , always helps me get acclimated with the equipment really well. If I were you, I’d rent from here and ask for warren . The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the availability and ease of rental is worth the extra!”
“I bought a new hot water heater at Home Depot and used their services to have it installed. The whole process from beginning to end was easy peasy. They took care of setting everything up, the person who installed was prompt, professional and did an excellent job on the installation. “I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”

“Today I went to Home Depot for two things they had me get in line I was in the store in about 2 minutes once inside the nicest employees told me what aisle I needed then two very friendly employees helped me get exactly the product I was looking for I found it on their web site then the line to check out went fast I was in and out quickly. “The store was busy and I had to wait a few minutes before I could be assisted. However, Jason in the lumber department let me know what was going on and that he would be with me asap. It only took a few minutes before he returned and not only helped answer all my questions but also gave me different tips and suggestions for what I was doing. He ended up showing me the discount lumber, which is what I ended up getting. Thank you Jason.”

“We are not frequent shoppers at that particular location, but my husband recently worked a project nearby and this location was very convenient.
We had rebate cards (our 11% rebates) saved up and at his last trip he handed the cashier two of our cards. The cashier scanned the smaller amount, but not the larger amount, but kept the card. My husband was in a hurry (like contractors are when they have to leave the job to get something real quick) and I noticed it in the evening when I added the receipt into the books. At first we thought, ok, that money is lost, maybe the cashier even put that in his own pocket, but then I saw the option to email the front desk, so I did and explained the situation, emailed a copy of the receipt and all the info I had from the Menards website where you can precisely doublecheck your rebates. I did not have much hope, but to my surprise I got a phone call and an email that same evening, and the front desk manager told me she had found the card, it was never scanned and she would mail it back to me.
I appreciate the honesty, this is how companies make customers happy. Thank you again Michelle Sp.”

“Had a pretty good experience! I'm just displeased with the overall industry standard to refuse to repair things instead of replacing them. Geek Squad is hard to get into due to needing an appointment. PLEASE keep this in mind as I went and had to purchase a item as a replacement because they couldn't get me in as soon as I needed to.”
“Laruen an Stephine are one of if not the best employees I have ever met. They helped me get what I needed because of my situation. They also went way above and beyond and helped me safely sucre my bed frame and mattress to my car (2017 Ford Focus) They offered to help me home to make sure I would be safe. They asked me to call them to make sure I got home safe. I don't know how long they have been working there and their pay status but if eligible both of them deserve a lot of recognition. They barely new me and went way out of there job description to help me. They are two unique people.”

“Best hardware store especially for contractors whenever picking up an order from Lowe's its always something either waiting long times for them to pull orders or they get the clients order completely wrong at Home depot I rarely ever have any problems and if there are any problems they do what they can to fix it”

“I looked online for an electric blanket! It said they had 3 so I went over there and so the cashier called one of the workers to get it. Well it was on one of the pallets so while I was waiting thinking he was getting it down, another worker walking by me asked if I needed help! I told him what I was looking for he looked up the isle and took me over there. Well the first guy was up on the lift! He cut the plastic, and said yea well it’s not here! So the worker who took me over (Joe) said it’s 3 on that pallet the other guy said it’s burred under all that stuff ! So the kind worker (Joe) stepped in and said I’ll get it for you I just need a spotter! I was so grateful for Joe he went above and beyond to help! I’m retired military!! And he was kind enough to help me. Thanks Joe I really appreciate it.”
