“I consider this branch my "home" location of all the Harbor Freights I've been to. The employees are all familiar and friendly. There seems to be little turnover which is nice. This is nicer inside and outside than the Akron location, but I wish they were better stocked. This one seems to be the least-stocked location compared to the other ones I've been to. I'd like to see them expand their inventory.”
“We had an amazing smooth experience with this store. They had the item we wanted and the person greeted us at the door was Rudy, who was super helpful! He loaded our item in our truck and gave us suggestions of other accessories we may need. He also said he would be happy to help us when we came back for additional accessories for our grill. Extremely knowledgeable young man. Store was clean and orderly. Lots to just browse and look at. I plan on going back there frequently as we always like to go to local stores.”

“Everywhere else they were out of stock of a special hose that we needed. These people had it in stock, quickly shipped it, and I was up and running the next day. Half the price of some other stores, but don’t tell them because I don’t want them to raise my price.”
“I’ve rented two larger machines from Home Depot in Wadsworth , both times warren has helped me out . Awesome guy, quick easy transaction , always helps me get acclimated with the equipment really well. If I were you, I’d rent from here and ask for warren . The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the availability and ease of rental is worth the extra!”

“The store was busy and I had to wait a few minutes before I could be assisted. However, Jason in the lumber department let me know what was going on and that he would be with me asap. It only took a few minutes before he returned and not only helped answer all my questions but also gave me different tips and suggestions for what I was doing. He ended up showing me the discount lumber, which is what I ended up getting. Thank you Jason.”

“I looked online for an electric blanket! It said they had 3 so I went over there and so the cashier called one of the workers to get it. Well it was on one of the pallets so while I was waiting thinking he was getting it down, another worker walking by me asked if I needed help! I told him what I was looking for he looked up the isle and took me over there. Well the first guy was up on the lift! He cut the plastic, and said yea well it’s not here! So the worker who took me over (Joe) said it’s 3 on that pallet the other guy said it’s burred under all that stuff ! So the kind worker (Joe) stepped in and said I’ll get it for you I just need a spotter! I was so grateful for Joe he went above and beyond to help! I’m retired military!! And he was kind enough to help me. Thanks Joe I really appreciate it.”
