“I have tried other stores to try and help my horrible foot and knee pain, that I thought I was going to have to live with. Jeff proved me wrong! I can walk without pain and he solved so many of my problems all with a short visit. He was also the only one on the floor and was able to help everyone with the same kind of attention as he did with me. He did a great job of making us all feel like we were his only customer in the room and gave me and everyone else amazing service! Thank you Jeff!!”

“FANTASTIC! I have nothing but great things to say. I got new shoes a couple of weeks ago but i wanted to run with them and test them out a bit before i reviewed for i’m training by for the Akron Marathon. Jeff, the store manager helped me and he was absolutely informative, caring & helpful. My runs have already got better with the new shoes and correct fitting! I couldn’t be happier thank you, lucky shoes & Jeff!”

“They have a lot of different styles and types of shoes. More then I remember them having. The atmosphere seems like a totally different one. Like a couple years it felt like walking into a court with reds everywhere. Now it's laid back idk mellow like scene these days. Different ur still fine. Wanted to get three different styles of shoes ended up choosing 2 they didn't have my side In them. Also they checked online and none online either for both pair. I wear an 8.5 women's so ? not like my size is hard to usually find. Oh well I left and found shoes the next day somewhere else.”

“They don't have a high selection of shoes and it's connected to another shoe store that also sells expensive bags. They don't have the same sales as the stride rite website. The store was really nice besides that. Just wasn't what I expected.”

“Visited the store today to get some sandals. I've been here many times, but never seen it as busy as it was today! The sales lady was by herself and she was handling it like a champ. She had people sitting all over, trying on shoes, she was sizing them, answering questions, etc..and still had a smile and a great welcoming attitude to others coming in the door. I was able to get my sandals, get the attention I needed and was on my way. The shoes there are pricey but if you have any kind of feet issues, it's well worth the investment. They're stylish and comfortable!!”
