“We are from out of town and bought a car sight unseen they got it inspected and repaired in a little longer time then it took us to find and eat lunch so we didn't have to haul it back on a car hauler they were affordable and fast and they got ac so give them a try if your ever in their part of Cleveland Oh and we are from Muncie it's about five hours drive and they got us right when we needed it they also gave us a car fax and a print of issues commonly found with the car the lady at the counter Pam was very informative and professional with the help she provided us”

“Our family has been going to Radair for YEARS. Dino and his crew are extremely respectful, honest and priced fairly. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and breaks. Upon arrival I was told I didn’t need new breaks, as mine were totally fine. Most places would just take your money and run. We will continue to use them for years to come and highly recommend to anyone in or around the area! The cookies they provide when you pick up your car are an added bonus that make getting your car fixed that more warm and inviting.”

Keith was very friendly and helpful at the front desk, answering any questions I had as it was my first time at this mechanic. Jerry worked on my car and was amazing. Called me and gave me a detailed rundown of what he thought the issue was and got my permission to move forward with repairs. Picked it up the next day, and Jerry again went over what repairs he made and to call back in a week to make sure the issue was resolved. Felt like the process was very easy and the price seemed very reasonable. Will definitely be returning for any issues, thank you :)”

“Amazing! I had a broken exhaust (my car was loud!). I brought it to my normal repair shop, and they quoted $1,600. I called Affordable Muffler based on online recommendations to get a second opinion on an exhaust issue, and I spoke with John on the phone and discussed what was wrong based on the other shop's evaluation. John mentioned he was confident that he and his guys could do the repair for much less, given their experience and welding skills, and that they would replace only the broken areas. I brought the car in around noon. Less than 30 minutes later, he called back and quoted the repair would be $419. The car was done and ready to be picked up within 2 hours of my drop-off. Also got a warranty for the repair. I give the shop my strongest possible recommendation.”

“My son had his 2005 Toyota RAV serviced here. The end determination is that the vehicle was not worth fixing due to age and other issues. I had to drive in from Mid-Michigan to tow the vehicle home. I could not make the trip for a few days so they allowed me to park the vehicle on their lot. When I showed up to retrieve the vehicle I was in the lot trying to figure my best course of action when their staff actually came outside and assisted me in moving the RAV (wasn’t running), loading the RAV on a trailer and getting me back on my way home. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the help!

“I hit a deep pothole on I-90 just one night, only four days before Christmas. My tire wasn't immediately busted, but it was in rough shape and I had several 5+ hour dives coming up, so I couldn't just use my spare or risk re-inflating the tire and hoping for the best. I went into Drellishak's the next morning where they gave me the name of a towing company and, once they had it, assessed the tire, called to let me know I needed a new one, ordered it, and installed it all within 24 hours the same week as Christmas. Drellishak's is amazing and I would trust them again and again!”
