“My wife’s car was involved in a hit and run while parked on the street in front of our house, which took the mirror off. I was out of the country with the military at the time, so she was dealing with it on her own. Another body shop quoted her nearly $1,000 to replace it, so she decided to get a second opinion at River Automotive.
Instead of trying to upsell her, the owner was honest and helpful. They explained that the mirror itself could be bought on Amazon for around $50 - something I could’ve probably figured out myself if I had been home, but understandably outside my wife’s comfort zone. They offered to install it for a very reasonable price, took great care of her throughout the process, and even replaced the battery in her key fob after noticing it was low.

“A fter a genuinely bad experience at another shop, working with Sean at Leo Lucks Auto Repair was a relief.
My VW came to them with three unresolved problems: a loud rumble, an indicator light that kept coming on and off, and a missing wheel center cap. Sean's team diagnosed all three, fixed all three, and charged me $600 for everything.
What stood out just as much was the communication. They told me what they found, what it would cost, and when the car would be ready, and then they actually called me I never had to chase anyone for an update. The shop is clean and impressively well run, and their scheduling and systems clearly reflect that.
Fair pricing, honest work, and real respect for a customer's time.
