“I didn't know DXL had storefronts until I moved to Cleveland. Been a customer online for 10 years. I love being able to pickup my order for free at the store. I'm not much of a shopper but the store is beautiful, it's always kept immaculately and has the AC cranked up high. I have spoken with several of the people working here and they all go out of their way to ask if you need help, they're very knowledgeable of all their products and can help with sizing and deciding what works for you. Overall this place takes a chore I absolutely hate, and turns into an experience that makes me feel like I do deserve to wear something nice.”

The store is on the smaller side, but it's perfect for the amount of stuff they sell.”

“So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. “Me along with several other parents allowed our graduating 8th graders to attend the mall together (for such a great year and new marking in life) although we were all skeptical (aka terrified). However, when I asked my son how was his adventure, we’re they being “profiled” or anything and he said no. He said that the staff in Journeys was actually the best and they were very helpful and understanding of them just being children enjoying their independence. I would like to thank the staff that where there during the day of 5/27/2023! You all may my day giving these kids a great experience! They also enjoy their very stylish crocs!”
