“Bought a scale...worked well until recently. Have reached out by email and contact for help with the repairs or even buying a new scale. Absolutely no response....I guess I will have to call them and see if they will help. 10-3-23 Called and did get a call back. They are coming to fix the scale this Friday or next Monday”

“Id love to take the time to tell everyone about Aarons Rentals in Findlay Ohio. They are the go to store of all stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Be honest give them the best you can with what you can and they will ALWAYS be fair and give you the best that can with themselves and their business. Things may be expensive and times very hard but these men and women try their very best to help you make it easier and happy. A special shout out to SHAUN he's my hero he helped me make my grandson BIRTHDAY a much happier one. I'm homebound and have a hard time in my days but these people are me smile. “Nice enough Walmart. Typical experience. The parking is very tight. No angled parking spots, making it difficult to maneuver. I like that the curb side pick up is along the side of the building, instead of taking up the spots closer to the doors.”

“Overall excellent experiences here. Most recently, however was slightly below expectations when asking for help deciding between different dash cam products. I know how to look things up on their website, like the employees, using a cell phone camera and scanning. But that's all any one could offer - which was inadequate to make decisions. Too little information and lack of ability to compare features because the website didn't share information in a consistent manner and this type of product was clearly not a specialty for anyone available to assist.
I do appreciate how easy it is to snag an employee and love their customer-facing attitudes, always treating me like a human being of value!”
“The mgr Dennis at this location is just SUPER !!! I opened an acct back home in VA and that mgr never told me all my options so I was visiting in Ohio and called this local store for some info and Dennis went way out and beyond to help me get everything straight and informed me of all the info I should have gotten in the first place. I ported 5 lines and 2 iPads so we are worth the trouble to create the best service available.Dennis is truly an asset to this company and I hope they realize that and treat him accordinglyHe has a wonderful personality and is so willing to help.”

“My laptop wasn’t turning on so I took it to Best Buy and they told me there was nothing they could do and tried to sell me a brand new laptop. Stumbled upon New Adventure and within a couple of days of dropping my laptop off they got my laptop up and running and saved me hundreds of dollars. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!”
