“I don't usually post reviews but I just had to for this visit. After being at several places trying to activate my phone/transfer my current number to a new iPhone, I ended up at AT & T. Gabby handled all my concerns, made many calls on my behalf, and straightened out my SIM card dilemma. I left the store absolutely on top of the world!! I had my new phone activated and my old number restored!! I cannot thank Gabby enough for her patience and perseverance! Five stars are not enough to give her for her service and knowledge!!”

“Overall excellent experiences here. Most recently, however was slightly below expectations when asking for help deciding between different dash cam products. I know how to look things up on their website, like the employees, using a cell phone camera and scanning. But that's all any one could offer - which was inadequate to make decisions. Too little information and lack of ability to compare features because the website didn't share information in a consistent manner and this type of product was clearly not a specialty for anyone available to assist.
I do appreciate how easy it is to snag an employee and love their customer-facing attitudes, always treating me like a human being of value!”
