I recently had a terrible experience at a different Verizon location, so I was wary walking into another one. However, I could not have been taken care of better. If I could rate this place six stars I would. Will be going here from here on out for all of my Verizon related issues/inquiries!”

“I have had 3 instances in the past 6 months where I have had to come into this location to deal with something in regards to my phone and/or plan. All 3 times I was here, a young lady named Gabby was the one who serviced/ helped me. She is the most helpful, polite, and knowledgeable employee! She deserves a raise or even a manager position if she is not already in a lead role.ATT should not and would not want to lose her! Thanks Gabby!Highly recommend this location.”

“I haven't been here in a long time prior to today. The store has changed quite a bit (and been remodeled inside). This is all for good. I like the new layout and the spaced out desks for people to sit with their clients. way better than the counter they had in the past. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt like the customer service was a little impersonal. I'm not name-dropping the rep that I worked with today, but at least a couple times, they disappeared to the back for what felt like longer than needed. The first time was to get the new phone. Maybe they have a process that requires them to be back there for awhile to get the new phone - not sure. The second time was while my new phone was copying the config from my old. This process was about 10 minutes. The rep started the process and disappeared as soon as it started. Didn't come back til there was about a minute left. I saw them standing in the back corner talking to other employees. In my opinion, the rep could have used this time to talk to me about my other lines, cross-sell, or even just be social. Instead, I just sat there kinda bored waiting for the transfer to take place. That aside, my experience was good. The rep seemed knowledgeable, just didn't seem to wanna chat much. I don't need to visit the store in-person much these days and use the website frequently, but if you need to visit this store, I'd recommend them to you.”

“The mgr Dennis at this location is just SUPER !!! I opened an acct back home in VA and that mgr never told me all my options so I was visiting in Ohio and called this local store for some info and Dennis went way out and beyond to help me get everything straight and informed me of all the info I should have gotten in the first place. I ported 5 lines and 2 iPads so we are worth the trouble to create the best service available.Dennis is truly an asset to this company and I hope they realize that and treat him accordinglyHe has a wonderful personality and is so willing to help.”

“Jim couldn't have been more helpful! He was able to switch my old phone to the new one for free, that Best Buy wanted $80 to do. I am happy with the new phone and how he was able to get me a great plan and save money doing so. I was really dreading having to get a newer phone, but Jim took care of everything and made the experience great, and my husband was happy that Jim was able to take care of things and make me happy, the saying a happy wife . . . THANKS SO MUCH JIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Today I witnessed this worker say something rude to the female manager that my wife and I were not happy with seeing this type of behavior from. Aside from him this place is an A++ Spectrum Store. I highly recommend.”
