“The shaft on our teenage son’s driver split in half in the middle of his swing. This happened on Monday, June 30th. We took the driver to the store and asked for repair. We were told that they would contact the maker and request a replacement shaft. We inquired about a loaner program (because at his young age, he didn’t have a back up driver) but they do not offer such program. We were told that we would he contacted when the driver was fixed but that it could take a little longer than expected with the holiday on the 4th. It is now the 13th and no shaft and no call. All of the times I called to check on the status, no one wanted ti give me the time of day and only provided minimal information until I was fortunate enough to have Stan answer the phone. He went above and beyond in checking recent shipments, getting tracking numbers, tracking down the replacing, providing me with the tracking number and gave me an actual expected delivery date. I will say it again, the response to all of my other calls was: no, it’s not ready yet. Our son was very frustrated in not having a driver to play in two different tournaments, we were frustrated that a brand new driver broke on less than two months, and we were also frustrated that there was no loaner program and that our inquisitions were met with nonchalant and unsympathetic responses.
Stan was also wonderful when we first visited the store to get our son a new/bigger set of clubs. He took the time to analyze our son’s swing, give guidance and support in what size and type of clubs would likely last him through HighSchool. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when it came to use investing on new clubs for our son. If we need to purchase anything else from the store and/or wish to stop in and shop, I will likely call first to see if Stan is working, and then request HIS assistance when we get there. He is a GEM and VERY valuable to the store and company. I’m not sure his presence/importance can be put into words. To loose him would certainly be a loss of revenue and respect! You might want to keep ahold of him with two hands!”
“Always friendly staff. They have a little bit of everything: guns (new and pre-owned), fishing supplies, ammo, holsters, magazines, gun cleaning supplies- They even do small firearm repair and fishing rod repairs.”

“I bought a firearm from them several years ago that didn't quite work out but I understand now that it was because I didn't do MY homework. Anyway, I've been there a few times since and while I haven't bought another gun I have bought various accessories and the experience has always been pleasant. You need to patronize this store because they won't be around much longer.”
“I started wearing Ecosox about 9-10 years ago. They are the only socks I wear- crew socks in the winter for work and casual, and lo-cut in the summer for work, casual, and power walking. They are super comfortable, keep my feet dry, and have virtually no seam in the toe.”
“Store has a LOT of items. We went in to buy birthday presents for family members and came out with stuff for us too. A great variety of fan merchandise—our go to store for Ohio State, Bengals, Reds, and Ohio University! Staff is friendly and helpful.”
“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“Awesome store looked like a mad house when we were in it, but managed to find some good deals. Cashier was great, found us some extra deals. Would recommend, literally got a brand new pair of Nike shoes for 28 bucks!”
“I've been going here for years and have gotten great deals. Stock changes frequently and they usually give out coupons for more money off. Sign up for rewards to earn and redeem more. One of my favorite outlet stores. Staff are friendly as well.

“The store is large, clean, and well maintained. Prices are not outlet prices, but cheaper then some other stores especially for Nikes. I appreciate the points program too. It makes shopping for ever growing kids shoes a little better. I appreciate the different brands available as well. As someone who has one kid in adults and one in kids still it's nice to go to one place to buy shoes. Service is always great.”
“A wonderful lady named I think Tammy helped us. I have never had such a kind soul help like she did. I have feet problems and she advised me on many features of different shoes. She went to the back to see if there would be something like I was looking for in my style…Altra shoe is what I was looking for.
I certainly hope that the upper management recognizes this lady.”
“The store is ok, not the best. I just have moved away from pink and Victoria Secret. I think their bras and panties have gone way downhill over the last couple of years. I went in for the semi-annual sale. I think I will pass next year, not necessarily the store it's self more the brand itself..”
