“These are your people.1) EXTREMELY cost effective.. .I had previously used a regular moving service to move my grandmother's piano, and they were twice as rough during the process and charged me twice as much.2) Davis has piano moving down to a science, they used a dolly/cart thing and plenty of moving pads. The communication with each other while lifting and moving the piano was incredible. They gracefully lowered my upright down a full flight of stairs.3) they were also super friendly and professional, not your normal questionable/creepy moving dudes lol. I felt totally comfortable with all 3 of them in my house by myself.”

“Would highly recommend using this company for moving!Getting the estimate was generally straight forward and the 2 guys that they sent, Kevin and AJ, were very efficient, friendly, and way stronger than I expected.Only room for improvement is related to the process for getting an estimate. If they could show some of the dollar estimates on the website that they show you before you request an estimate (hourly rate, price for packing supplies, fuel rate, etc.) folks can mentally guesstimate the costs and request the official estimate after that for a more exact number and details.Unfortunately it seems like the standard process for moving companies is forcing you to call to even get an idea of the numbers they are using so I don’t foresee this changing.But overall I was happy with the overall experience and will return for help in the future!”

I have moved numerous times in my life and have not encountered a company that even comes close to Move Ready! David Runyon, the owner, is very knowledgeable and provided me with personalized service for my move out of state, starting with a home visit to evaluate and provide a very affordable estimate. The day of the move he and Austin arrived on time and wrapped up and packed carefully some large antique furniture that needed special attention, loaded these and all my other items in the truck, and were off on their long journey. They arrived later the same day at their destination, unpacked the truck, and then were on their way back to Ohio! These men are incredible! Everything was delivered in perfect condition, all in a day's time! If you're looking to move across town or out of state THESE ARE THE MOVERS YOU WANT!! I would give them more stars if I could.”

“Recently we moved out of state after living in our house for 40+ years. I talked with several moving companies before calling AIM. From my first conversation with AIM, I felt like we would not be treated like a number, but in fact they cared about making our move as easy as possible. Joe came to our home to do a walk through and explain the process. I own a lot of artwork under glass. The packers and movers could not have done a better job. Everything arrived safely. This is a hard working, caring company. They did a 5 plus star job! I recommend them with no reservations!!!”

“Well what can we say the service provided was more than excellent. My brother in law Godfrey Griffith has maintained lockers at New Albany Self Storage. On Tuesday the 25th of April 2023 we attended the above location for the purpose of emptying the locker. As we are from Ontario Canada we had not idea who to arrange removal of some of the contents. FORTUNATELY, we spoke with your employee Stephanie and explained our dilemma . She informed us that she would look into assisting us with our problem. Up returning she informed us she had help. They worked their butts off and did an amazing job!!!To be honest, I was nervous because their price was 1/4-1/2 of what I was quoted by other companies. They were so wrong!!!The other companies charge you hourly and add TONS of fees. Goodfast4cheap (Thrifty) doesn't. What you are quoted is what you pay. For context, we have moved cross country twice and locally several times using movers that were “fine.” We just completed another long haul move from Columbus to ATL, and Mr Mover made it an absolute pleasure from estimate to delivery. The owners Jeff and Pam offered insight about the move even before we committed to using their service, and the total actually came in under their “Not to Exceed” estimate.One of their strengths is employing full time, professional staff. Yves, Eric, Ricky, Donny and Shawn were an absolute pleasure to work with. “Definitely overcommitted on schedule making us wait on our beds, furniture, clothes etc. They worked hard with Atlas to try and provide a solution, but the upfront communication and overbooking could have been avoided. We mostly blame Atlas for overbooking and Tim with Lewis and Michael pushed for our stuff to ship to our new house. Thanks for working hard to find a solution.”
“We just moved across the country from Eastern Washington to Central Ohio using UPACK/ABF. The ONLY reason I am not giving UPACK 5 stars is because they would not deliver the trailer to our home in Kettle Falls, Washington - we had to pack the trailer at the nearest distribution center, 75 miles away in Spokane, Washington. We tried to explain that we were in a flat neighborhood in town and offered to send pictures of our driveway and neighborhood road. We even offered to pay $500 just for the inconvenience! It would’ve been nice to have a few days to load versus needing to rent a uhaul and pack everything at once, then having to stay in a hotel close to the distribution center because our beds were in the uhaul.Delivery was AMAZING!! Larry, our driver, was so professional and did some awesome maneuvering with his rig!!! The last 5 miles to our Ohio home and the driveway is much more challenging than in Washington. We unloaded, made the pick up request, and the trailer was gone like a thief in the night!!! We will definitely use the company again. Just beware if you’re in a rural area, you may need to go to a distribution center which is a pain unless you’re closer than we were. Total cost with uhaul and movers included was more than $5000 less than any all inclusive company!!”
“The facility is very nice—clean, easy to access, secure, and nice restrooms.My only complaints—somebody was running a business out of the first unit right where everybody enters. Sometimes a group of 4 or 5 people would gather there with their storage door open, crowding the area in front of the elevators. Additionally, during the peak of the pandemic, none of them wore masks. This created an awkward and uneasy feeling for me when accessing my unit.My second complaint is likely not unique to Tri-Village—our prices went up at least twice in the brief time we were there. In addition, they initiated a requirement that each customer hold insurance for their unit. If we had not acquired it on our own, they would have provided the insurance and sent me the additional fee. I just don’t like the idea of people getting into a situation where they rely on a storage unit, then get forced into higher and higher payments. In my experience, the storage unit slowly built up and it was not easy to come up with a plan to exit. My inclination is that storage facilities know this, and take advantage of it. Just a gut feeling. I wont be getting another storage unit without a clear plan of exit prior to entering the agreement.”
