“We love the convenience of the Hollywood Feed in Bexley. Too many times we realize late that our dog is almost out of food. A quick run to this great store where we always get a friendly greeting and the staff quickly looks up our choice of dog food, then goes to get it, and even load it in our car - service is superb! Truly grateful for Hollywood Feed Bexley!!”
“I have been purchasing all my dog food and other items from Hollywood Feed since they took over Pet People 3 years ago. I have never once had a bad experience. The personnel are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand each and every dogs nutritional needs. The online ordering is easy and fast and if there is an issue with any item you purchased, management always reaches out with a phone call to ask how you, the customer would like to proceed. In this day and age where customer service is non-existent, it’s great to be valued and appreciated. Recommend all Hollywood Feeds but I shop at Stoneridge and New Albany and Maxtown Road on a weekly basis.”

“We shop at Hollywood Feed in Westerville, Ohio all the time! Great personnel, and they are very helpful to us. My beagle Hank always goes in and is spoiled by them with good scratches and a treat! They are very knowledgeable about everything in the store, especially with types of food types and healthy dog snacks. We have made many purchases of leashes, harnesses and toys. Love this place!”

“The Dog Stop is the best, I love the facility and trust to leave my dogs in their care. The staff is great, and love the dogs as their own. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable making drop off and pick easy. Joe is amazing! The best groomer around and we have tried many. Joe takes the time to communicate with you to make sure you get the cut that you want and we have been happy every single time.”

“It probably sounds petty, but the name change is just awful. Such a boring name, Pet People was way lore approachable and made sense to a newcomer. Hollywood Feed? Sounds like a place to get farm food. That said, staff is the same for the most part and they are still just as friendly and informative. Greay job staff! Not so great job marketing!”

“My family had such an amazing experience here! Miss Niki was able to do our sweet rescue who is very high maintenance and high anxiety. Our dogs hair was cut and her nails clipped. After multiple different tries at a vet, having to medicate our dog, and watching her fight against getting her nails cut by vets, Niki did what others could not. She turned out beautiful. We will definitely be coming back and spreading the word on this groomer! Thank you so much!”
“I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. Loved my exp here n will b back!”

“As someone who gets a haircut at greatclips and then mastered the art of home haircuts over the pandemic, haircuts for pets aren't cheap! It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best! Honesty, petco services are considered low. Plus, they do a pretty good job. Peep Logan and his bandana”
“I always have a great experience when I'm in this shop and find exactly what I need. I came in the day before my dogs day care was planning to take photos and needed a bandana. This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!”
“Kennedy was an absolute champ helping me pick a jacket for my pitty. I changed my mind 17 times—basically hosting my own personal fashion meltdown—& she stayed patient like she was training for the Customer Service Olympics. Honestly, I think she deserves hazard pay.”

“This is the most organized Petco I have ever seen! The staff is very helpful too. They do not carry a wide variety of Temptations Cat treats, so I have to shop elsewhere for those, but they have a ton of dog and cat food options, including a lot of canned cat food flavors. They have Pro Plan dog food.”

“It was a mixed bag...I had ordered a large aquarium online and just popped in to pick it up. The first associate I encountered told me "it should be on the shelf." Full stop. As though I should know where this shelf is and have no problem managing this 40 gallon tank myself.
But then another associate jumped right in, telling me to pull my car up and she would bring it out, which she did. She then proceeded to load it into my car for me while assuring me that if I had any issues I should come back for help troubleshooting, and reviewing the return policy. I didn't get her name, but she was great!!”
