“We are regular customers at the Clintonville Hollywood Feed and, while all of the associates are very friendly and helpful, we wanted to give a special shout-out to Winnie.Our cat (unfortunately) has been diagnosed with cancer recently and we had a scary moment where he was no longer interested in food. We asked a representative at our local Hollywood Feed if they had any suggestions for food for cats with nausea and Winnie was super helpful with suggestions. She mentioned she had cats that were fussy eaters too and suggested that we try some of the Acana pates.Our cat loved them and started eating again so we are very grateful to Winnie for helping extend our time with our little gentleman--thank you Winnie!”
“Excellent staff, spotless, lots of choices for those tricky digestive problems and picky eaters at New Albany location. The grooming deals are phenomenal and let's not forget the real reason I'm posting: the bathing area! It's amazing ?. Steps, shampoo shower, velocity dryers ... It's a dream space for fur babies between full grooms or even for regular bathing.5 paws way way up! ?????”
“I come here from time to time looking for food for my jumping spiders ?️ and was actually able to find freshly stocked wax worms, meal worms and some fly larvae in the mini fridge in the aquarium area. I saw some other worm containers that were on a stand and weren’t in a fridge and none of those had anything alive in them. I only docked one star because I cannot seem to find flightless fruit flies of any kind here which is what I really actually want to feed my spiders because they’re healthier and less fatty than the meal or wax worms. I’ll keep checking back when I need food and will update my review on my findings. I’ve had to buy fruit fly cultures online and can sometimes find them stocked on Chewy. Josh’s frogs is a good website to start with too.”

“I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. “I always have a great experience when I'm in this shop and find exactly what I need. I came in the day before my dogs day care was planning to take photos and needed a bandana. This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!”
“Hope always greets me when I walk in the door and is so very helpful. She gets my crickets for Morphe and has also suggested various worms that my leopard gecko just loves as alternatives! She gives good advice how to care for the crickets so that they live longer for Morphe and also is knowledgeable which worms to refrigerate and which to keep at room temp. She also suggested some little fruity cups and egg cartons to add to the cage/dish which have helped to feed the crickets so that they live longer! Hope has also helped me to find treats that my parakeet has enjoyed. Even when the store is busy Hope makes sure that each customer feels seen and gets proper attention from her or another employee. Hope is friendly and knowledgeable and makes me continue to visit Petland for my pet needs!”

“Very large pet store. I do not usually shop at PetSmart as they do not carry the dog food I feed my dogs but I needed guinea pig supplies so I popped in. Found the store to be exceptionally stocked and organized Roght at the entrance is a dog grooming area where you drop your dog (with appt) for a spa day. Then there was a hall from that that led to Banfield Vet which is also inside Pet Smart. As I walked to the guinea pig area I noticed it isnright next to an doggie daycare and boarding area (also part of Petsmart. I grabbed the bedding and food, decided to grab some treats for the dogs and made my way to the register. On the way I met a dog trainer training a pup for canine companions. (Dogs are encouraged to come into the store!) At the counter I found out that I had an old membership to their rewards program and it took 3 bucks off my total. Wasnt arguing about that nice surprise. All in all... great trip in. Wish they carried zignature dog food or Id be in much more often!”
“This was our first visit at this location and it was due to the fact that our location the groomery in Graceland had been closed. We still have the groomer that we had in Graceland she was moved to this location and I would follow her to the ends of the Earth she takes excellent care of our fur baby Sage. The groomer is Chantel and she is very knowledgeable and very very protective of your pet she treats them like they were her own if you want a good groomer this is the person you want to see now I'm not taking away from any of the other employees I do not know them yet but I'm pretty sure that it will be a super place to take your pet for grooming services or anything else that you may need.”

“I had a very unfortunate situation this morning with my baby ferret that I purchased at a petco in Toledo. I went to another location for assistance and was told they couldn't help me. I called the Westerville location for a second opinion and guidance as i had been turned away from another local store. I had the pleaseure of speaking with Jeremy who I can't thank enough. He was incredibly kind and patient as I was emotional at the time. He truly went above and beyond what he had to do to help we through the situation and get me the help that I needed for my baby. He was genuine and truly cared about me and my baby ferret. I can't thank him enough and would like to make sure he is recognized for being a wonderful person and an outstanding employee. “As someone who gets a haircut at greatclips and then mastered the art of home haircuts over the pandemic, haircuts for pets aren't cheap! It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best! Honesty, petco services are considered low. Plus, they do a pretty good job. Peep Logan and his bandana”
