“My experience from start to finish was awesome. I truly appreciate the good customer service and knowledge that Jaylah gave. The entire staff was helpful and I had the opportunity to meet the owners of the Gahanna location.”
“The facility and staff are extremely welcoming and they are so wonderful to work with. They are helping my newly adopted girl build her confidence and truly love helping animals and their owners.”
“I've now had my dog for over a year and a half and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. As a first time dog owner I was very unsure of the journey that was ahead of me but the wonderful staff of Premier Pups answers every call, email and text I had for months prior to reserving Jessie. Once I had her I really appreciated the check ins and the 24/7 access to someone who could answer every single one of my 1st time pup parent freakout questions.”

“My favorite pet store, all of the locations in Columbus are fantastic. They have a huge variety of treats, toys, and food. I only buy my pet cleaner from Hollywood feed, it smells amazing. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly.”
“We bathe our dogs here regularly and every time we are greeted with the absolute sweetest associates. They all go out of their way to say hello to the dogs and treat them as if they were their own. We have been going to this location for years and we love them so much!”

“We stopped in for an unplanned self-serve dog wash. The associate,Vinny, was very helpful and accommodating in getting us set up, and the dog wash was so easy, with all of the supplies Hollywood Feed provided!”
“Staff (Derek and another gentleman who I forgot his name) was very nice and welcoming. It was my first time at the store and they helped me find what I needed. Will definitely be back in the future”
“The Dog Stop was very clean, and we were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. There was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and treated our dog with kindness and respect. We are planning to board her there is the near future.”
“We shop at Hollywood Feed in Westerville, Ohio all the time! Great personnel, and they are very helpful to us. My beagle Hank always goes in and is spoiled by them with good scratches and a treat! They are very knowledgeable about everything in the store, especially with types of food types and healthy dog snacks. We have made many purchases of leashes, harnesses and toys. Love this place!”
“This was my first time at this company and location. The employees werevery nice and extremely helpful. My groomer Lucas provided excellnt care for my Thaddeus in getting his nails cut. I would have loved to use the self washing station but this location only had stairs and no ramps available for my dog age. The self washing station do look very nice.”
“For my birthday, we drove over 2 hrs to visit this amazing farm! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great time and strongly recommend to anyone. Thank you!”
“Grooming - Ruben is fabulous! We have been going to him since he arrived at Mutts & Co and our dogs look and feel so much better when they leave. He is a gentleman who treats us and our dogs with compassion and respect! Thanks for your expertise and the great grooming experience!”
“My family had such an amazing experience here! Miss Niki was able to do our sweet rescue who is very high maintenance and high anxiety. Our dogs hair was cut and her nails clipped. After multiple different tries at a vet, having to medicate our dog, and watching her fight against getting her nails cut by vets, Niki did what others could not. She turned out beautiful. We will definitely be coming back and spreading the word on this groomer! Thank you so much!”
“Great selection and location. I am able to find the products I am looking for that always seem to be out of stock at other retailers. Staff is pleasant and helpful, and I live their curbside service.”
“This is your best overall pet store. I've been to all of them on the East northeast side Easton area Hamilton road Morse road etc etc go here they will have what you want. Say hello to Dylan for me he helps me every time with my fish. I drive him crazy but he is very patient with me. Prices are very reasonable”
“I’ve been shopping this little gem for years! The level of service and knowledge is so far above any other location handling our little family critters. Go. Spoil the lil ones!”

“We got our dog Lily from PWP almost 10 years ago. The process was very pleasant and Lily is one of the best dogs we have ever owned. If the right rescue arrives, we may get Lily a friend.”

“Great neighborhood Petco location. Since it's a smaller location with the register right by the entrance, a friendly employee greets you right away. There has been a pretty consistent staff at this location & they keep the store clean and well stocked. When I'm having a hectic day, this location is so convenient. I can grab all my cat supplies & be out within 10 minutes.”

“Courtney who grooms my boy Versace is the best! She knows my baby and greats him each time. He is so fresh and clean, cut perfectly as I asked each time no problems. She is always happy and just makes me feel like my boy is in good hands! Give her a raise please!!!!!”
“I originally visited to replace the bulb from my heat lamp for my hedgehog. David was knowledgeable of my animal and made sure I left with what I needed to take the best care of my animal. I appreciate his trusting personality and that he is a person of integrity. I will definitely be going back in the future and would recommend them to anyone.”
“I am writing this review because I am blow away by the knowledge and friendliness of an employee there named Gabbi. We went in to get a certain type of fish, although I had some questions. Gabbi was able to answer all my questions. She knew so much about the fish. I was so glad she was there to help me. She also helped me find another fish that’s so beautiful I wouldn’t have seen otherwise!
Thank you!!”
“i love this place. pets mart hotel having been caring for my kitten Cheeto while i could not have hi with me as i deal with a sitatuion. they let me come in and see him as well as call daily to check on him and they make sure he played with and loved”
“Today, I took my Cockapoo and my Cavapoo for the first time to get groomed by Julia and Gabby. We have always gone to a private groomer but decided to try Pet Smart as it was easier to get booked this month. I was apprehensive based on the reviews however, Julia and Gabby did an amazing on both of my babies. They listened to what I was asking for and executed well! Both of my girls are home happy, clean and look wonderful. We will be returning in 6 weeks to Julia and Gabby.”

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Gahanna store! Everyone is always so kind, friendly, and helpful.
I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Katie. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the food my sick kitty needed and even helped me find options with better-quality ingredients to meet my cat's specific needs. Katie even took the time to look up my cat's symptoms to help point me in the right direction.
Customer service is so important, and this store has absolutely nailed it. Thank you, Katie, for going above and beyond!”
