“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”

You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I have never had to worry about my cars in their care and will continue to take them here as long as I'm in the area.”

“I cannot possibly emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. Someone without insurance hit me and damaged my bumper and headlight significantly. The insurance company improperly assessed the damage, came out to the body shop a second time, pushed back on everything including a 22 dollar hood emblem!Auchbach owners and staff worked patiently and tirelessly, communicating over and over again to a totally combative and incommunicative insurance agent (who after a MONTH of back and forth, did finally agree to all the fixes because the body shop was RIGHT).The shop communicated with me regularly, were totally transparent, and did a GREAT job on the car. But wait for it...when I picked it up, they had washed the whole car and cleaned, dusted, and shined up the interior as well. WHAT? Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. SUCH a great group to work with. Totally recommend!!”

“The owner is very knowledgeable and an overall great guy. I had one car built a few different ways here in the past. Just stopped in to get a quote for a running engine rebuilt. The shop has had several updates in the lobby as well as the shop itself!
I am also planning to get a second vehicle tuned there.
Solid customer service.

“When I went to leave work today my car would not start and I had to get a jump. I drove straight to the AutoZone right down the street from my house. Lucas was the gentleman who helped me from start to finish. He went outside and checked my battery for me, we went back in the store he provided me with options for the best battery for my vehicle and once I was done paying for it he even went outside and installed it for me. From the time I first walked into the store until I was driving off the parking lot I was at AutoZone for maybe 10 minutes. I've never had better customer service at AutoZone then what Lucas provided me with this evening. He was very friendly & knowledgeable.

“Combs just completed another repair on one of my vehicles. As usual, they did a fantastic job at an excellent price. Richard was very helpful when it came to understanding the damage and what repair was needed. He was very pleasant to work with.
I have been taking my body shop needs to them for more than 20 years and they have always done right by me. They provide quick service when the supply chain allows them to and are very frank and honest about repair timelines. They repair to a high standard and not to a schedule, which is very important to me.
I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.”

My check engine light was on and he checked it and gave me a printout, which was amazing because the last time I had to do that I was given a code and told to look it up. He also checked my oil, helped me buy what I needed, let me use a funnel, and made sure the cap was on and I was good to go. I want him to know how much I appreciated him and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”

“UPDATE: Adam reached out to me and fixed all of the issues mentioned below promptly. They seem to have brought on new staff. Revising the review from 2 to 4 stars.
Ordered the wrong part multiple times, causing multiple delays (requiring me to drive to the shop multiple times), and took a very long time to repair minor damage. Also my trunk panel clips are now broken (can hear them dangling in trunk when it opens) and one of the liftgate plugs is missing. Will not be coming back.”
