“I love Sutton Hardware. I discovered them when I moved to Cleveland in 2014 and every interaction I have had here has been great. Today, I dropped off two storm windows for repair with Bob. He stated that their turnaround time would be about 5 days (drop off Thursday morning, ready Monday or Tuesday), which is faster than most other local hardware stores. I agreed and asked that if one of them could be done sooner, it would be helpful as it was the only window at the house. Long story short, they were ready by close of business today at 5pm.Side note, at least one other local hardware store wanted to charge an extra $40 to expedite my windows, with no guarantee when they'd be done.The folks at Sutton continue to earn my business, even though they are not the closest hardware store to me. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

I stopped in to buy a gift for a sailer freind, got him a new Tiller for his 27 ft Catalina sail boat. And it was half the price of another yacht supply store. As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”

“Had my truck upfitted here and they did a great job communicating with calls and texts and even sent pics back and forth to get my upfit perfect. 2 years later i needed some parts that broke on my ladder rack. These guys warranteed the broken parts and helped me upgrade some things as well. They mailed me my parts which arrived the next day and made the transaction as easy as possible, once again communicating very thoroughly through text. Couldnt recommend them enough!”

“Went there Feb 28 to get new key fob programmed it took quite awhile (weeks) to get it done correctly. For some reason the programming kept draining the car battery. But didn't give up until they found the problem and corrected it. I appreciate the due diligence. I'd go back again!”

Like most folks, I change up because of many many businesses bombarding my email with advertisements.Anyway over a year ago I advised customers of what to do to get Sheliga's fans to run longer i.e. spraying w2 40 in the engine.Well, they've fixed that. The fan I bought from them a little over 8 months ago has been altered and oil can't get to the motor the way it could on older models.Sheliga is in business to make money not friends!! “Needed some lumber for a swing I was making my wife. Not good at picking it out but can put together anything you give me. I got sent here by another lumber yard who did have what I needed.The people here were so nice. The helpfulness I experienced from paying to getting loaded was top notch! The guy loading showed me how to properly look at wood & see the flaws for the future. And was careful loading it in suv. I will forever buy any lumber I need from.
