“My mother bought a new Weber propane grill from this store. Mom asked if I could attach her propane tank to the new grill using the regulator that came with the new grill. On 7/28/2026, I was unable to attach the regulator without the propane leaking miserably from a poorly constructed part. I called Weber. They said it was a problem with the tanks, even though I tried 2 tanks and both resulted in the same sloppy connection. So I removed the regulator and brought it to the store to get a replacement part. The store offered to swap the part with another. I took that part to Mom's new grill and it worked fine without leaking. This store was able to resolve my issue when the manufacturer was not. Thank you, Ace Hardware, so much for your exceptional service and attention to Mom's issue. She has been happily grilling ever since!”

“Best hardware store in Cleveland, especially if you’re actually in the city vs the suburbs. It’s easy to get to with a rear location. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The place really shines when it comes to their service. If you have any questions about tools, hardware, paint, building supplies. This is the place to go! Contractors can set-up accounts for employees, or individuals can use cash/card. They carry tons of Milwaukee power tools, hardware, pack-out, hands tools, trade tools. As well as several other name brands. My favorite section is their hardware section. It’s fully stocked 80% of the time and they have EVERYTHING! For all trades and DIY. Metric and SAE”

“Well stocked hardware store full of everything you'd need. The guy working there was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was in and out of there with everything I needed in less time than it takes to even find the right aisle at the big box store. If you value your time and money this is the best place in the neighborhood.”

“I love that Cleveland has local pharmacy options still - a lot of communities do not. Sheliga Drug is by far a local favorite. I can't even count how many people are loyal to Sheliga, and I agree - we must support respectable local businesses, especially our Pharmacies!!”

“We ordered a boatload of top soil and mulch a couple of weeks ago from Highland Landscape Supply (HLS) on Willson Mills Rd.(Highland Hts.), and these folks absolutely delivered, lit. and fig. The products are top-notch, the staff are super polite and very accomodating (even when we kept fussing with the delivery schedule), and Mr. Mike handled the drop-off like a true pro., placing everything meticulously where it needed to go. If you want great landscaping materials and an easy, stress-free, friendly experience, this is da crew you want to deal with. Thank you, HLS! Oh, did I mention that they have the cutest dog in the store ;-) * * * * * *”

“I had a great experience purchasing a ladder here. I called ahead to see what they had to fit my needs and by the time I got there, Rich had all the ladders pulled out for me to see. Now that's service! Much better selection than those big box stores, too. 10/10 would recommend.”

“My parents recently purchased a walk in shower for their home. They had a lot of issues when ordering the right style and parts to go with our shower and it put them behind with installation. My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. We are very happy with the services they provided.”

“So sorry this took me so long. When I went to Airgas it was October 2nd. I had a problem with my oxygen. When opening the valve it made a popping noise and oxygen was escaping. I called Airgas and spoke with Leahbain, she basically diagnosed it over the phone. I traveled to the store to buy an oxygen regulator after speaking with Leahbain and discussing my options and due to the age of my equipment. I purchased a (85801-300-DLX) Torch Kit. Installed just the regulator and the oxygen worked perfectly. Then I installed the other regulator, torch and hoses. Works great right decision. THANK YOU LEAHBAIN PS Better late than never”

“I had to bring an EGO mower here for warranty repairs. It was actually a really good experience. It was busy but there were plenty of people working the counter so I only had to wait a few minutes. Everything feels clean and organized. The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and quick at their jobs. The place just seems really well run and professional. I don't write reviews often, but they impressed me enough that I felt like I had to give them some praise. Keep it up, guys.”

“I’m new to woodworking and walked into Woodcraft with a few unfinished cutting boards and absolutely no idea where to go next. Jeff immediately took me under his wing and patiently walked me through using a drum sander, a jointer, and shared so many awesome tips and suggestions. His guidance was not only invaluable for a beginner like me, but also advice I’ll carry with me forever. Jeff is genuinely one of the kindest and most passionate associates I’ve ever met. I truly appreciated his time, expertise, and kindness. Having a local Woodcraft nearby is an incredible resource as I continue learning woodworking. I can’t recommend this store—or Jeff—enough!”

“Gentleman in there was very professional and courteous, he even helped recommend a comparison for a tool that I was looking for and they didn't currently have, so he referred me to other places and even though I would much like to have purchased the hardware store because he referred me and was not worried about losing my business, he actually my gained respect and I would actually go back there and give them my business, just because he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me on some products that I really couldn't afford.”

“They had exactly the bulb I needed. I called several hardware stores looking for a Sylvania fluorescent bulb. No one had it in the size that I needed which was 24 inches except Bloom Brothers. They put two bulbs aside for me and I picked them up and they fit perfectly. Friendly fast reliable service. Glad they are close by.”

“I was having a rare problem with a new Makita miter saw not cutting straight- made slightly curved cuts. It appeared the rails and blade weren't parallel. Out of warranty, so brought it to Tri- County Power Tool. Everyone was extremely nice and I really appreciated them taking the time to listen and to explain details. They figured out the adjustment to the rails and told me exactly what to do if it happens again. Excellent experience. Very nice to work with good, honest people!”
