“Visited Fleet Feet on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, around 6:30 PM. It was my first visit, and I had an excellent experience.
The lady staff member who assisted me was incredibly patient and took the time to help me find the right brand and model for my needs. She performed a 3D foot scan, explained the results in detail, and answered all my questions. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process.
I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and will definitely be visiting Fleet Feet again. Highly recommended!”

“Had an awesome iron fitting experience with Christian. I came in with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted to test (based on a prior fitting elsewhere that I wasn’t satisfied with), and he took the time to really work through everything with me rather than just trying to put me into a certain club. We tested different heads, shafts, lie angles and grips, and he even measured my existing clubs and found that some of the specs weren’t what I thought they were.
What I appreciated most was how positive and patient he was throughout the fitting. I’m not a perfect ball striker, but he recognized that my swing and delivery were actually pretty consistent and focused on finding a setup that worked with my swing rather than making me feel like I needed to change it. Even on bad shots, there was never any pressure or judgment, just encouragement to take my time and keep hitting. Christian is a really chill, positive guy - perfect for his role.
We ended up finding a setup I am really happy with - a blended iron set that I wouldn’t have considered on my own. Easily one of the best fitting experiences I’ve had. I left feeling really confident in both the specs and the clubs we chose. Highly recommend”

“Great service, huge variety of all things Cincy related...all sports teams, etc...Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for any sports related apparel or Cincy apparel for men, women or children of all sizes. They even have some neighboring sports team wear such as UK & Notre Dame for anyone who prefers those teams. Also like that they have fitting rooms to try clothing on before purchasing. Only downside was the prices were a little higher than I expected. That could simply be because it's been awhile since I've shopped for sports team apparel though.”

“Had to have my thumb holes opened up on my several bowling balls due to a severe skin condition, Dave got them done that morning of my visit, and I was able to release my normal shot with ease once again after struggling the 1st 1/2 of my season, 1st night back on the lanes after the thumb work was done, I rolled a 299 game ( 738 Series ), my teammates were thrilled and stated - look out he's back. Dave has masterful drilling and fitting skills, if you are having problems with fit, go see him, for new or older bowling balls, you will be pleased with the results. This place is top notch for service and selection.”

2017: This company is outstanding. Their quality of work, combined with the kind and understanding people that run this store is the winning combination for any of your jersey/embroidery needs!
I feel called to edit my review and add onto it, as they have continued to go above and beyond the scope of work that I have given them to do. The work that is completed at ProStitch Lettering is as good or better than any professional jersey embroiderer in the City/State. I have now used them for about 35 jerseys that I have created, and they have stitched together. The craftsmanship is something that quite simply isn't seen in businesses that do similar work, as most of it is done overseas...
This shop is one that I will continue to do business with, and I would highly recommend they be your first stop for any custom embroidery need. Please give them a call, or better yet, make it into their shop. They will make you feel like a kid at Christmas opening up the box of jerseys they have made for you.”
“Knew nothing about baseball when I signed up my 7 year old. No idea about the bats and other equipment required. Had a hard time sourcing where you could get it off the shelf PIAS had everything plus some. Also super helpful group of dudes behind the counter to tell me what I needed and then showed me where to find it. 😆😆😆. Had nothing. Got everything. Like $200 but what was great is the have new and used items not just used. I always forget that. But best of both worlds there.”
“Finally took the plunge and went to get fitted, and I wish I had done this years ago. They are super helpful, knowledgeable and were able to get me in the same day. Within a few swings they were able to tell what club and shaft would be optimal for my swing. After an adjustment or two with the new club I was averaging 40-50 yards farther on the trackman and my spray chart was far more consistent. If you’re on the fence about getting fitted, go do it!”
