“A very nice and friendly branch! Online said I could not get a temporary card and the young lady said it was not true. Issued me a temporary card, I was able to withdraw money for fuel, since I had lost my wallet. And even ordered me my replacement card identical to the one I had lost. And it is just as she stated come into the branch when losing your card you will receive your replacement card faster in 2-3 days rather than 9 when you call the online banking. And you will be issued a new temporary card to use that will automatically delete and stop working once you receive your replacement card.”
“I've had nothing but good experiences with this bank. Originally, I had Huntington just across the way. Long story short, yeah well, it didn't work out. So I went to Chase. The only thing that's not 5-star about the service is the wait time/punctuality for appointments with the bankers. Which is understandable because they're busy. Beyond that, exceptional service.”

“I only bank here because my father had account with KeyBank. I asked him “ hey dad is Key Bank treating you good?” He said “ yeah, son they are alright”. He died in 2017.. So, that is the reason why I bank with Key Bank. I can’t really say more than that. I wish they had a bank in the ghetto or near the minority community. They have PNC bank in the ghetto on Lockbourne and Mt Vernon in the heart of Heroin capital of Columbus Ohio. I just don’t know why a bank based in Cleveland Ohio that serves majority African Americans isn’t in the ghetto in Columbus, Ohio. I hate driving to the white neighborhoods to go to the bank. I want to stay in my neighborhood the Ghetto. ???♂️”

He listened to me and had great patience with me. He was diligent and very thorough in his job. He explained every very clearly. He resolved all my problems.
