“So my family and I had been shopping around for new phones and a home internet for an affordable price. After not having any luck with the other service providers, we stopped into the metro store. Jake greeted us, and after expressing our wants, needs, and budget, he got to work. Not only did he hook us up with 3 top of the line 5g devices and a home internet modem/router, he got our bill 50 dollars below our budget. Can't express the thanks! I will never go to another provider as long as Jake is with metro!”
“The employees they have there now are very helpful the ones that were there a couple of years ago or maybe longer weren't. I used to go to the other one across town just because of it but not now. The lady working there was very helpful with my ACP credit not once but twice and about to be a third time most people would have gotten aggravated with me and not help me. But the lady there was really friendly and very helpful I've been with Cricket for 10 years and I have no complaints”

We spent hours and hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it connected properly to the correct line, we were here less than 10 minutes and it was all fixed. Minutes. He fixed our weeks long issue in mere minutes. Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer support and service.
