The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.”

“I just want to say the manager at this store is amazing! I ordered a phone online. That was a horrible mistake. My phone never arrived and was lost during shipping. I tried calling the common Boost phone number for customer service. A man from over seas answered and I explained what happened. He told me there was nothing he could do, hung up on me and blocked my number so I couldn't call back. I decided to go right to the store. The manager at Canton Rd was wonderful. She spent 2-1/2 hours helping me get in touch with someone who actually helped me and set-up a new phone for me. Even staying a half hour after they closed to make sure I had a phone. She is nothing short of incredible and I don't know what I would have done without her!!!!!!”
