“The people that work in there our wonderful awesome knowledgeable they always right there to help you out tell you about the latest things that MetroPCS has to offer their uncredible there they go above and beyond every time I go in that store that's my favorite store to go to. And once I get the chance to find a place I hope I find a place out here so I can be close to that store. Cuz if not I will make and go out my way just to go to that store. Another good store is I don't know if the gentleman still works there or not he makes that store awesome and goes above and beyond actually he does the same thing that these two people do at this store those two stores along with that one dude is at Morse road store as wonderful I went there a few times and he wasn't there they seem not knowledgeable on both types of phones android and iPhone not everybody has iPhones okay just let me tell you that your people need to know about both Android and iPhones to really help your customers out there's a couple stores that I went to the people that work there only know about iPhones and very little or no knowledge about Androids.that being said step up your game on that level. Other than that these two stores are awesome to go to!”

“Had a major hardware issue with my phone over the weekend and couldn't access it at all; absolutely nothing worked, but access was essential for work and life. Brought into the store and over a couple of days I was given superlative attention and service by Aaron and Andrew who identified the problem, arranged for a replacement to be shipped to me immediately, and assisted with set up of the new phone, transfer of all files, and deletion/reset of my old phone. Every step of the way was easy, and they brought my stress down immediately. Also, a shout out to branch manager Erik. He's clearly overseeing a great team, and his own friendly and expert service is greatly appreciated! 10 stars out of 5 for Aaron, Andrew, and Erik. Thanks so much!”

“My phone began going berserk and I tried to get there as fast as I could. I have the early upgrade and due for one and insurance and still paying on my phone. I was also hungry. The woman that waited on me was friendly but I was frustrated and hungry but hungry become hangry as she was telling me my phone wasn't perfect but there was not a crack and she kept saying pixels and I didn't go all Karen on her I was angry at AT&T not the messenger. Thankfully, I recognized some of the phrases and tone I used because I also have angry customers. The 2 males slowly left. And the dude with the folding screen, I hope your screen doesn't break but my phone is for contacting people in my life, pictures and the world wide web, nothing more, nothing less, but I would start using protection but then again I used protection and ended up with broken pixels and 2 kids. Back to the young lady who waited on me with stoicism and I'm sorry I didn't ask for your name, you deserve a true shout out,but please forgive me for being frustrated due to AT&T rules and hangry. I hope I didn't ruin your evening, but if I did, I hope you see this review and remember me and forgive this customer. I was hangry.”
