“We had a very helpful Walmart employee that helped me save pics from Dropbox into my phone so that I could transfer the digital pics to their kiosk. Then he helped me order some printed photos and they were ready in less than an hour.”
“Had to return an online order. Wrong item. Unopened, heavy package. Customer could not accept it because of some glitch in their system kept them from fully processing it. I was even asked to call 1-800-Walmart. That representative said to tell them that there is something going on with returns, refunds, etc. I asked could I leave the package. Until the issue is resolved on their end. He said yes. I had to wait until the Team Lead came off of lunch to ask her about the issue. She told me no that I could not leave the package without it being fully processed. Everyone was very polite. A comment was made that the phone customer service does not know much about anything. So there is a miscommunication somewhere in the chain of service. I took the box to FedEx with no problems.”

“Any time I am dragged to any Target store, I usually point out how disorganized and dirty the store is and make a comment as to how anyone could like this store (merchandise comments aside). When we walked into this location, my Target disdain was getting ready to make an appearance; however, after a few steps into this location, I found that this store was clean, organized, and staff were friendly. Kudos to the staff for a clean and organized store.”
