Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share my recent experience at your Flying J location in Hubbard, Ohio, on 8-11-2025. As an over-the-road driver, I frequently stop at your establishments and have always appreciated the service. However, my latest visit was notably disappointing due to the behavior of one of your employees.( Nate)
While I was there, I requested a trash bag from a staff member (Nate)who was cleaning the showers. Unfortunately, his response was rude and unhelpful. Despite my polite inquiry, he yelled that he couldn’t hear me and, upon my approach, responded with an unfriendly tone, stating no I don’t have trash bag lady I’m just trying to do my job. I was taken aback by his demeanor, especially since I have always encountered friendly and professional staff at your locations.
I expressed my concern about his attitude, mentioning that it was unfortunate he was having a bad day, and noted that I was glad I did not tip him, as I believe that hard-working individuals in these roles deserve recognition and appreciation.
On a positive note, I want to commend the three ladies at the register—Jenn, Dee, and Heather (if I recall their names correctly). They were exceptionally professional and kind, taking the time to apologize for the employee's behavior and ensuring that my experience ended on a positive note. Their professionalism truly stood out amidst the unfortunate encounter. (Why I gave 4)
I hope you will address this matter, as team members like Nate can significantly impact the overall customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and please continue to support your hardworking staff who represent your brand positively.”

They will go out of their way to help you lower prescription costs or contact a drs office if something is wrong or needs changed! “20 minutes before pharmacy closed, had 4 scripts coming from ER needing filled. Pharmacy was awesome & quickly filled the scripts. First pharmacy I stopped at said they couldn’t get filled before closing. We will be using this pharmacy from now on. Highly recommend. Compassionate, efficient staff. Thank you! “i originally picked a diff gas station before i went to speedway. it was dark, i didn’t know the area, needed gas and had to pee! the speedway has poor lighting at the pumps and has a very unusually placed marquee (up against the building) but my first choice didn’t have a public bathroom! the speedway has a public bathroom and beer. the cashier, Peyton(?) was very nice.”
