The other tire centers were either closing, more expensive, or selling me on other items I didn't need. Incredible service and staff as I was talking with a few techs while I was waiting. They have several times, saved a good deal of cost on jobs that are often over priced, but they do not take shortcuts. “While Take 5 had great customer service, it became clear that their employees lacked experience with oil changes, as they stripped the oil drain plug on my car. I contacted Fleet Response, and their representative was responsive and addressed all my concerns. The following day, my car was towed to a shop that fixed the issue.

The Auto Shop initially had difficulty reaching someone at FleetResponse, but I spoke with a helpful rep named Danny who outlined the next steps. After paying for the repairs and submitting my receipts, I received a call from another representative who was incredibly helpful. She assured me I would be refunded for both the repairs and the original oil change.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my check just nine days later, and I appreciated how Fleet Response handled my situation. Despite my initial anxiety—especially after reading mixed reviews regarding Take 5 and Fleet Response —I remained calm and patient, which I believe facilitated the process.

I rated this experience four stars instead of five due to the delayed response times from Fleet Response, likely a result of the high volume of claims related to Take 5. Overall, I think Fleet Response did a commendable job.

One last note: if you own a BMW, I would strongly advise against taking your car to Take 5.”
