“I had received sim cards from T-Mobile's web site but didn't have all the info to install them. T-Mobile customer service said I had to go to a store to get things done, so I went to the store. Ashraf helped me and was very patient (I said my phones were unlocked; turns out one wasn't) and did a great job, telling me what I had to do and in turn he doing much to figure things out. Took about an hour but both phones were eventually set up. Great service here!”

I got a call from an investor who needed my services in the Akron Area, so I called Eagle Rental and they were beyond helpful. They made my job TOO EASY. I walked in, pointed out what I wanted for my clients property and they delivered and arranged it all the very next day. All I had left was to buy and arrange the rest of the Decor and bar stools. I didn't know if it could be fixed or if I would need to buy a newer model.I called Computer Solutions for a diagnostic.After looking at my computer, they said they could speed up my computer by replacing the hard drive and adding more memory.It worked. My computer is running a lot faster. Computer Solutions provided courteous and quick service. And it was cheaper than buying a new computer.”

Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag.
