“It's a small book store. It charges for membership thats not worth it, and you may be out of luck finding the book you came for. If 2 enter for a book, the first to find it will have it and the 2nd will need to return next week as it needs ordered. Their old location when it had the Cafe was much better. That was a reason to have the membership, but they downsized massively long ago.”
“I’m a professional saxophonist who was playing a show nearby and checked this place out on a whim and was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. Their selection of saxophone mouthpieces is one of the best I’ve ever seen out a brick & mortar shop. The super cool guy working (forgot his name but he plays viola) let me take about 9 mouthpieces to a practice room where I tried them out for at least a half hour. One of the mouthpieces (a Ted Klum London model) played better than my own mouthpiece so I was compelled to purchase it despite having no plans of purchasing anything that day.
It is clear that this is a store run by discerning music professionals who only want to stock the finest products where, nowadays, every other music store is focused on pushing overpriced, overseas garbage that will fail on unsuspecting customers. This place is a gem and I will be returning any time I am in Kent. It definitely beats anything in Nashville, where I live (which is hilarious).”

“‼️Get your stuff from here BEST SERVICE EVER‼️At my school, we have a pretty old analog lighting system (which basically means everything is manual and pretty hard to operate) and I contacted Knight About just trying to get an education bundle for some other fixtures that we have that are separate from the board. They asked me what system I was working with and I described to them. It was a very old system and not the newer kind (DMX). I started with Katherine, who was very helpful with Connecting me to Tristan in which he tried to help me identify the board and then later connected me to Mark where he identified the board AND connector in one day. Now we might be able to control our lights easier and add more! This is 100% the best experience I have had out of any company like this and I 100% recommend them.”

“Luke called me back about a (kind of ridiculous) question i emailed in. I asked A LOT of questions on the phone call that took us down a very informative phone call about record players. Luke was knowledgeable, polite and showed considerable knowledge of record players in their inventory. I honestly didn't know they were so complex, which helps tremendously with my (eventual) decision on which record player to purchase.
The call lasted considerable time out of his day and he was not phased.
Furthermore, the phone call solidified that ill be going with AudioTechnica when im ready to purchase a turntable in the nearer future.”
