“Called these guys around 4:30 or so asking if I could come in after work to get my brother’s phone fixed, and they got me in without any problem. The guy was very helpful And informative over the phone, and when I got there, they and got me in and out of the office in about maybe 20 minutes. The price is also very fair for the model and the atmosphere is really chill and casual! Also clean and quiet which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend going here to get your phone fixed. They don’t scam you or try to sell you things you don’t need unnecessarily and they’re very very nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back again if I ever need to have my phone screen fixed.”

“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

Repairs are timely parts ordering is quick. There is so many food things to be said. YOU WILL NOT REGRET DOING BUSINESS HERE. They can keep your device new. “Excellent service by Eternity at the N. Main St. & Tallmadge Ave. Metro Store. We live in Barberton, but when we need to visit a store we go to this location just to be helped by Eternity. My wife & I both needed new phones as our batteries were wearing out. We met Eternity before at this store and told her the models we desired. Eternity went to work locating the phones, contacted us in a couple of days and then called letting us know she was ready. Excellent customer service from Eternity! “I went through the process of trading in two phones and upgrading to the new iPhone 17 pro. We worked with Aiden at the Northfield/Macedonia store and he was the most patient and knowledgeable associate! He took his time and also went as far as writing directions down so that we knew what to do setting the phone to its original settings! I would absolutely recommend him at this store or the Brecksville store for your Verizon needs! He was excellent!”

“Debra and Emily are absolutely amazing! My husband and I met Debra at the Home & Garden show in Akron mid-February. She helped us upgrade our phones and get the best price. She explained what to expect regarding upcoming billing and helped us again today to work through a few billing kinks that had nothing to do with her. She is a true professional who goes beyond her job title/pay grade for the customer. We had such confidence in Debra's ability to problem solve that we drove from Akron to Aurora (45 minute drive each way) because we knew she would help us (unlike Isaiah at the S. Arlington store in Akron which is less than 10 minutes away). Additionally, Emily was so kind and patient with several older customers who had many (and I mean many) questions. She was calm, patient and caring. One of the older customers was rather rude and demanding but Emily was still kind to this woman. These two ladies are gems! We will drive from Akron to Aurora because of the staff. I hope AT&T appreciates all of their efforts.”

He did try to sell me on other products, which is a key part of his job, but he wasn’t overly pushy and didn’t make me uncomfortable when I declined, as someone who works in sales as well, it was very refreshing and much appreciated!”
