“Family, Farm, and Home is located in the old K Mart in Streetsboro, Oh. I remember going to the grand opening and thinking it was Tractor Supply in different clothing. It took a number of visits before I started to warm up to them as a new shopping option for hunting and outdoor equipment. I like their rewards program. Each purchase earns you point toward store gifts cards. Since we've started shopping there we have purchased a 7x14 aluminum utility trailer, a 60" tiller for our tractor, a 3pt quick hitch, and a Husqvarna zero turn mower. They offer financing through Synchrony with various 0% same as cash options. Beware! Only the 1 year 0% financing is offered without a "processing fee of up to $150! You need to know this because once it's been rung up you have to deal with Synchrony to get it reversed, they can't help you at the store. This isn't a negative against FFH, it's Synchrony. Though I think the employees at FFH should be more aware of this and bring it to the customer's attention at the start of checkout.To put it in perspective, the only 2 places I shop at more often would be Aldis for groceries, and Walmart for everything else.FFH is always a great place to shop.”
“This is a nice hardware store. A store that is an era in its own. The stores covers the bases of your basic diy needs. There are employees willing and waiting at the door for your customer service, which is a nice and unique touch of personal service.”

“I'm 30 seconds from the hardware hardware and I can most of the time find what it's the time fun what I need there and it's always an oddball item some kind of bolt washer screw or something that you wouldn't think of I think of they will have I just recently got some all thread there to make my Stab links for my truck . Is worked out awesome”

“I was able to purchase an older model of an Echo chainsaw that is more reliable than their newer models being sold for a fantastic price. The unit was shipped promptly, arrived brand new, and I had no problems with operating the equipment. I managed to cut down a large dead tree by my house with it shortly after receiving the saw.
Outstanding experience all around. If I'm ever in the market for other lawn/garden equipment, these guys are going to be the first on my list to check.”

I had stopped in to get some tanks filled and it was my first time ever doing something like this. Ron was terrific with his customer service. Not only can he build rapport quickly, you can tell he's a genuine human being. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. He exceeded all of my expectations and I felt like I now had an expert in welding that I could rely on for any and all questions. It's rare that you get this level of customer service in the dark world that we live in but Airgas is blessed to have Ron representing their brand.”

“I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”

“I asked the tall young fellow for help to get a certain screw. All he said was it would be at the last aisle. Spent quite a while trying to locate the screw. The great owner freed up and found it immediately as always, he is terrific. Then I was was trying to find a natural bristle paint brush but wasn't sure because the brushes are all wrapped up. I asked the young fellow and he said they would be in aisle 5, which I had just spent several minutes unwrapping multiple brushes trying to find one. Left without a brush.”
