“Joe is a gem. I showed up at 5:30 on a Sunday night about in tears because I found a huge screw in my tire and didn’t think it could be patched. I need to drive 2 hours to Columbus tonight and didn’t want to do that drive on a spare. So I took my chances and showed up. “Passing thru on my cross country trip, My big RV blew an exhaust gasket on the freeway, I pulled into Walmart for the evening, and made my way to RJs first thing in the morning. Even tho they were very busy, they were incredibly kind and helpful and accommodating. Within a few hours they had me in and out of the shop, leak fixed perfectly, and charged me incredibly fair!! If I lived nearby I would take all my vehicles here!!”

“This is the only place I’ll go for oil change and honestly more if I can. They have been able to tell me more of what is wrong with my car than the dealership has! I came here a few weeks ago, and they had me in and out very quickly for the same price as if I was going to someplace sketchy. The technician that helped me, I believe his name is Douglas is one of the best! This week I went and told him about all the car trouble I have run into some thing, car and a new employee overheard me talking and decided to come out to help. Justin summers then took a lot of time to go over everything with me and then inspect my car and honestly did and found out more than the dealership I purchased this car from. He even found me a new place to go that I can trust. I won’t go anywhere else and I tell everyone I know to come here. This location does more than just an oil change. that I can trust. “The employees were all very polite and we were able to get our oil changed quickly without all the fuss of making an appointment, which is a big deal with our crazy schedule that is constantly changing. It felt a lot like being in a race car pit, everything was very efficient. My teen daughter is now interested in the automotive field after watching how things were being done. “From the initial call in to Joes all the way through the tow process - the experience was as painless as possible. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and knowledgeable, the driver (I believe Brad) was professional, quick, patient, and had excellent communication. The cost was just under a third of another quote I received (moving a car less than a mile to my home), which was much more affordable. Joes will be our go to moving forward.”

“Came in for a leaking/flat tire. Mechanic quoted me a fair price for fixing the tire and began working on it immediately. They were upfront about the cost and would pause service if they needed to replace the tire because it would have cost more. Overall, they fixed the leak (nail in tire) and it was free because the tires were previously installed at a Conrad’s location.Unrelated but I would call ahead and make an appointment if you can. That seemed to help because I only waited for a half hour.”
“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”

“This is my second time which would make the second oil change in a row. Both places that I’ve been to had amazing service. This last one was in Twinsburg off 91 and they were very nice. They were very polite. It was very fast and they always do what you ask and not try to sell you and that’s what I like. I understand the business and everything they sell more money they’re making but he asked me if my windshield wiper blades were OK and I said yes and that was it. He didn’t try to hard sell me. He didn’t try to make me feel uncomfortable and I appreciate that I appreciate that I showed up and the only thing I needed was an oil change. Have done it myself…yes. But at the same time the quickness, how fast you’re in and out and how polite they are makes up for it and it’s appreciated that a business is there and can understand that you’re here to get an oil change. I appreciate you letting me know something else needs fixed but I don’t need you to try to hard sell me so much that I get mad. Thank you very much. And I will be returning”
“I had new tires put on my Jeep and overall, I had a very good experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center at their Ranenna location.I made my appointment at 7:00 am (the beginning of their operating hours). They did not unlock their doors to let customers in until about 7:10. I actually called them at 7:05 and they told me they couldn't open up until a “higher up” came in. However, it was worth the wait.Once they opened things up, they were very friendly and got to work on my Jeep. Before I knew it, they had my tires replaced and I was on my way.The tires I bought were Goodyear Reliants and Walmart had them on sale for a very reasonable price. Before choosing Walmart I had done some online price comparisons, and having my tires replaced at Walmart saved me about $250.00.I am very pleased with the tires I bought and the service I was given. I will not hesitate to use the Ravenna Walmart Auto Care Center in the future.”

“Had a very dirty car after driving cross country; the team was extremely thorough in removing all of the bugs from the front bumper and even gave me a free second wash (completely unprompted - and included a works wash even though I had only original got an express exterior wash) to ensure that my car got really clean. Highly recommend.”
“My tire blew out on the highway next to this Walmart. I had it towed to the auto care center as soon as they opened. Dave was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient with getting four new tires on my vehicle. He immediately offered me the cheapest options, and I appreciated that I was not being pressured into buying the most expensive tire. Having to replace four tires is not something that anyone wants to do on vacation, but these guys made it completely bearable. Thank you to all involved!”

The service was good. The on par statement was related to the cost, and they are about in line price wise with their competitors.”
