“My wife and I stopped by the Brimfield store as she was needingTo upgrade her telephone. We were greeted upon entering by a young gentleman named Ethan. The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.”

“Lex is the friendliest most helpful cell phone representative I’ve ever experienced since being with Verizon. We went in at the beginning of February to upgrade two phones. There were some issues with the removal of a third line that was transferring out and lex had continuous communication with me throughout the month until my issue was effectively resolved and my account updated how it needed. She went above and beyond her customer service role!”

“One of the best stores in the area! Are they are doing quite a bit of renovations recently, so stuff has been moved around like the pet food but besides that I don't see any issues! staff are very helpful here, and and if you were struggling to find a staff member around the Walmart app has the aisle numbers which Has been helpful. One of the managers actually showed me how it works, which was awesome! Are overall not a bad store and pretty good prices. Also, keep in mind it is next to a college town so most of the staff is college students! they've got a lot more to worry about than Walmart so don't be rude to them!”
