This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.”

They had pictures of the new building on Kettering Boulevard, this building was neat and clean not a lot of stuff because they're going to move but very nice store”

“The employees of Woodcraft of Dayton are amazing. My husband wanted to take up woodworking. He's shopped here off and on through the years and now is getting serious about this hobby. My parents wanted to give him items for Christmas. I went in the store in early November and talked to Tony. He was a huge help. Tony told me to bring in the wish list and he'd get it taken care of for us. I went back the following week with my parents and the wish list. Tony took the list and went around the store finding everything for us. My parents and I had no idea what we were looking for. I know if we would have been at a big box store we would have been lost, overwhelmed, and frustrated. Tony made the process almost as easy as giving a gift card. He ordered the items that weren't in the store. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me.”

“I needed 2 thermostats & 2 elements for my HTP water heater. Max helped me in every way. They did not have the parts nor did they have the parts in their system. But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.”

“When I first moved here and encountered one or two issues with purchases and customer service, I can honestly say that things have improved greatly in that area. My mobile purchase this weekend had a lawn rake that had a tear in the rubber handle grip. Instead of just not telling me and finding out for myself, they called and told me about it and that it was the last one and wanted to know if I wanted my money back. Since the grip would eventually fall off anyways I just told them to sell it to me. Curbside pickup is super easy as well, now finding the spots can be a bit of a pain since there are only three or four and they are right next to the "pickup" Signs and right next to the handicap parking. First world problems though.”

“We have always loved the small hardware stores. Rockys has beyond met our expectations. Every single time we go there is someone to help and if that person doesnt know they get another person!My husband surprised me with a Big Green Egg.They delivered it, assembled it, and i lost the dang receipt. Ya cant register them without a receipt. I called the store expecting a hassle. Mary answered the phone, within 2 to 5 minutes she found us and had them ready. And that kind of FRIENDLY wanting to help at this location is refreshing and just cool as heck.”
