“I like that it's a locally owned small business. The folks there have always been courteous and helpful, as much as they could. It is a small store, however, so about half the time they don't have what I need. They have a large assortment of small hardware if you just need a few pieces, but I wouldn't go there to get a large quantity of anything. Their light bulb selection was a little limited. They have a small selection of a few lumber pieces, but generally I'd stick to hardware and tools.
They have an interesting selection of unique sodas. I usually stick to a few name-brand sodas, but I tried a couple and they were really good! I'll definitely be coming back here for a special soda treat every now and then.”

“Great selection of products. Always call before coming if something is shown online. Downside is no ADA entrance, although there are plenty of people in the store able to open the doors. Limited parking, larger pickups take up more than one spot.”
“I bought a 1x30 belt sander from HF and it was defective out of the box. I had enough and went to Woodcraft and bought their 1x30 unit. Worked perfectly. Had a bucket of customer parts that needed sanded and this thing was probably on for an hour straight with no issues. I have no regrets buying it.”

I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing.Most places I've been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. “My experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!”

“I visited the Dayton harbor freight location and while there I was greeted from a friendly sales associate. There were two things in their ad that had already sold out. In their defense it was 1/2 hour before closing time.
Overall it was a good visit to the store. It was well merchandised and clean. Very competitive pricing as well.”

“I am updating my review to a 5-star rating due to a recent positive experience at the store. My daughter owns hermit crabs and had purchased a piece of glass that needed to be recut due to a change in her original plans. Although the individual I spoke with over the phone was not particularly helpful or courteous, we decided to visit the store in person for assistance. The staff at the store were prompt in addressing our request and took the glass to be cut without hesitation. They were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. We had anticipated having to purchase a new piece of glass or pay a cutting fee, but to our surprise, they returned the cut glass to us free of charge. The exceptional in-store service we received exceeded our expectations and solidified our decision to return for any future requirements that can be fulfilled here. We sincerely appreciate your assistance, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.”
