“Honestly if I could give more stars I would. Not only have I never had a bad experience here, my experiences have always been excellent. However yesterday was by far the best. Jah, Melissa, and John helped us add a new line on our account for my daughter. The process was long with a few hiccups (did not bother us at all, we've both worked in customer service/IT) but the three of them were so wonderful the whole time. They really went above and beyond. They were friendly and fun to chat with. My 6 year old went on and on about how nice Jah was. We were so happy with the experience, 10/10 highly recommend.”
“I'm giving 5 ? to this store due yo excellent service that I received from Cally 3 days ago at this store, she spent one hour with me assisting me with my new Tmobile phone.i purchase the phone from store on Miller Ln in Dayton 1 week prior. I went to Miller Ln to change telephone service from At& T (I had service more than 20 years) I got a new phone there after I was told that they could not transfer info from my old phone to new.. I went back a week later to same store help with phone, did not get any, I also went to another tmobile on Wenger Rd and person there was no help. Finally went to N. Fairfield Rd store, where I was able to resolve all problems, thanks to Cally, she is truly a very knowledgeable person and very patient as I had many questions. “The installer was great. The company not so much. Didn’t call or reach out about the original installer not coming they didn’t reach out to reschedule installation. Luckily the installer who did come agreed to come at the end of his day when he was done with his route which ended up being at 6 pm when my window was 8-11 am.”

“The Verizon business helpline personnel told me after 45 minutes of questioning that I had to go to a physical store to be able to contact an account manager. The store I went to was in beavercreek. I talked to Shane a. Salesperson and he gave me the card of Scott McGowan. I will reach out to him and hopefully things will be better. I've only been with Verizon for 35 years and I'll tell you what I've seen some ups and downs used to be. You couldn't get any service in a store when they thought they had a Monopoly. Now the online people are almost worthless.”
