“This is the best post office branch in Northeast Ohio. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. People forget, but there are parking spots to the side of the post office. Just make a right on that little one-way street, folks! So I’ve never had any issues parking. Now, sometimes the customers are really rude, but the staff are super friendly and kind. I’ve had to do very complex international mailings that really stressed me out, but the staff are unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful!”
“I want to give a big gold star to a mail carrier named Mohammed, he delivers to our building and could not be any kinder! He always have a smile and a hello to all the residents and does a great job! He really stands out as someone who loves their job and the people on his route, we need more people like him in this world!”
“Shannon is a really wonderful person he’s great always took care of me with my packages and even gave my kid a toy and treats everyone with respect great customer service I even came last minute a couple times and made it and always been taking care of me I definitely recommend this post office to anyone you won’t go wrong love this post office!!! :)”
“I have came over a few times to get mail from po box and the doors are locked when they should be open at 8:30 am going by the hours posted on the door for lobby hrs 6:30am very inconvenient. Please have responsible people for this job.

“Not sure why the rating here is so low. Maybe I got lucky, but I was in and out of there quickly. The woman that helped me (Stephanie) was very nice and helpful. This isn't even the closest post office to me but I'll probably be going here when I need to.”
“Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me. “robin is our mail carrier and is outstanding at her job. she is consistent and timely and always comes with a smile, kindly greeting all the customers and animals. we look forward to her every day. as a business owner, i am grateful for the package pick up, and robin and anyone that does her route, kindly pick up even if i haven’t submitted a request. mary lou is a constant at the post office, kind, professional and a great sense of humor. we are lucky to have this service.”
“I drive from Westlake, past the Westlake post office to come to this location for any mailing needs I have. Friendly staff but more importantly, much faster service than my hometown post office in Westlake. Yesterday I had to wait about five minutes and the guy apologized to me repeatedly.
Can't believe this is a government run place at how efficient it is.”
“Around 4:00 today, Thursday February 2, I stopped in to the North Olmsted USPS to mail a package. I was initially, unintentionally curt with the postal worker helping me due to my own labeling error on the package. I appreciated her candor and patience with me and we were quickly having pleasant conversation while she clarified some questions I had as she processed my delivery. It is often too easy to be curt with customer service workers. Though I did not get her name, I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her professionalism, subtly reminding her customer that she is part of my customer service process too. Keep up the great work. Thank you!”
“Actually, this is a great post office. Kisha is a really nice postal worker and customer service professional. The problem is that the management doesn’t properly staff the office, so she’s generally the only person working. We all have to take a lunch break, and she probably has administrative and other duties to take care of, too. This causes the sometimes strange hours.
Congress has drained the finances of the USPS for years and the current postmaster general has accelerated the trend through cuts and consolidation. Please don’t complain about this post office or the worker who staffs it. They have no control over its problems. Complain instead about the government that owns it and the politicians who want to privatize everything.”
“I was having an issue with a package and called the Lorain USPS Station A. The manger, Diamond answered the phone and Inventively started to help me. Diamond went above and beyond to track my package down and found it in Westlake. She went on her personal time and picked up the package for me so it would not get lost in transaction again. She did not have to do this at all especially on her own time, but she did. The kindness and courtesy she showed me will always be a reminder that some people are really amazing and should be recognized! Thank you again!!”
“My mail carrier is Becky L., and she is conscientious, professional, and efficient. I could not ask for a better mail carrier! Period.
Also, I had occasion to interact with Julius, the afternoon shift supervisor, and I found him to be helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

“Jamie contacted me and initially I thought I had not received a response so unfortunately I left a survey stating this, but after noticing that I had the missed voicemail I emailed to update that case as I did later receive my package. I know it is the season so a few days late is not the end of the world, just glad I did end up receiving the package and glad there was someone who attempted to contact me even if I missed it.”

“I had the BEST encounter with a woman named Acy at the post office counter this morning. I was there to purchase a book of stamps. The way that she delivered stellar customer service was quite impressive. I stopped and told her that NOBODY is friendly at a post office counter and NOBODY at the counter has ever given me a binder of choices for a book of stamps. Her binder was organized and intentionally thoughtful. She is a keeper. Such a beautiful spirit in the 8am hour:)”
