We can always tell when it is her day off because the mail is either late, nothing delivered , or someone elses mail in our box which happens occasionally . “I had a package stuck in limbo, going back and forth between Akron and Cleveland distribution centers. Reached out to the Olmstead Falls post office and they helped solve my missing package. The lovely employees even called me to confirm delivery and ask if there was anything more they could do. Between the staff inside and the amazing gentleman who delivers my mail, I love my local office and thank them for all their hard work.”

“So far, I haven't had any bad days coming here and even with 2 people at the front its pretty quick. Overall, I don't know if they need more help or not but the ladies were kind to me this past weekend as I forgot to do some of my own shipping requirements at home but they helped me and took me as soon as possible afterwards. Explained some information to me, easy as pie. Also followed up if I wanted the stamps and cards, etc.My first time here was late 2021 and it was also pretty empty inside and quick. So both of my trips were simple. Overall, the service wasn't bad for me.”

“Around 4:00 today, Thursday February 2, I stopped in to the North Olmsted USPS to mail a package. I was initially, unintentionally curt with the postal worker helping me due to my own labeling error on the package. I appreciated her candor and patience with me and we were quickly having pleasant conversation while she clarified some questions I had as she processed my delivery. It is often too easy to be curt with customer service workers. Though I did not get her name, I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her professionalism, subtly reminding her customer that she is part of my customer service process too. Keep up the great work. Thank you!”

She took my passport photo, made sure my renewal application was completed correctly, and got everything off for me! She made the process so easy.I was a little worried because of the negative reviews. The store is not very busy and doesn't have a lot of staff, but I had such a smooth experience. I'll be back at this location when I need to go to the post office again in the future.”

“I love coming here. My boyfriend set up my PO BOX before I made the official move to this state. It's always quiet and clean. But expect long lines, especially Mondays (see photo) and not very many workers for some reason. I guess this is the result of closed Sundays (my day off)”
