“Huge selection of shoes. Make sure you look all the way up as the shoes are stacked over the shleves, almost till they hit ceiling. If you don't find your desired size in display, it's highly likely you would find them above and the store Associates will use ladders to pick them for you. They also had lot of shoes in Sale when we visited in the last week of Feb.”

“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“Great selection, staff and prices. Since it’s an outlet store they have some great deals, styles and selection which can be different than the J&M retail stores. There’s almost always a great sale around Fed Holidays and the store is one of the largest J&M stores I’ve ever seen across the US.”

“Great spot, insane deals, caring employees. The dude I talked with today was willing to match a really strong online deal that was out of stock on their site. They had that same shoe in my size and he matched the online price. He also checked/found backstock on a new pair of authentics that was out of my size on the shelf. The deals they have in here are solid, and if you're kind and respectful with the employees, you get the same in return. You're fast asleep if you're not stopping in here when you're in the area.”

“Went there for the 1st time, great selections, great clean store, even had a gentleman employee that helped us, found out it's his 1st day of employment and I'd thought he'd been there awhile. He was a great help in finding what the wife was looking for....ended up leaving with 3 pairs, will definitely be a return customer”

“The store is large, clean, and well maintained. Prices are not outlet prices, but cheaper then some other stores especially for Nikes. I appreciate the points program too. It makes shopping for ever growing kids shoes a little better. I appreciate the different brands available as well. As someone who has one kid in adults and one in kids still it's nice to go to one place to buy shoes. Service is always great.”

“The staff was extremely helpful. We got our 74 year old Mom a new pair of Sketchers for Christmas! She is a hard size to dit and they were willing to have them shipped to us because they didn't have her size in a pair we had picked out at first. But we found her size in a pair she likes even better then her old ones! We teased her and told her she was styling now in her new shoes! They let her wear them out.”

“Came in for some door buster sales this am with my wife about an hour after opening. The line was all the way around the inside of the store. My wife had surgery earlier this week so she couldn't stand there that long. So I popped back in without her right before closing, I told the ladies about her look and they quickly helped me find 4 items that would be perfect. I came home and she is wearing 2 of the 4 right now... and funny enough she was online stocking most of the items I got her. Great people. Great store. Thanks for the personal help!”
