“Took two Bissell vacuums to be repaired. Neither brush was turning properly. Luke was amazing and fixed one on the spot by replacing the brush and belt. He also was able to order a new belt and plate for the other. I was expecting to pay about the same as a new vacuum but prices were very reasonable. Will definitely come back for any vacuum-related repairs. Thanks!”

He also went beyond the call of duty to provide post-design service when we had an issue with one of the appliances after moving into the house—long after his sale service. “I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”
“I love this place, which is like a constantly changing garage sale. Many interesting and useful "experienced" things. They even buy your used items, so you can continuously redecorate on a budget.”
“They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I love shopping there, but the online experience is clutch.

“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful.

“I had a very disappointing experience with the Lowe's which is up the road. So I came here and a very nice young lady named Olivia helped me to buy my new very lightweight weed wacker. :) I am still grumpy with the local Lowe's and am so happy that there is a very nice alternative. And home Depot also gives a veteran/military discount similiar to the one that Lowe's offers. Thank you for the GREAT customer service. I will be back. I got a great deal...my new weed wacker was under a hundred bucks! The one that I had purchased from Lowe's was MUCH heavier and broke after just a few uses...evil thing..haha. Working with that stupid thing caused me so much stress. I am so excited to try this new lightweight battery operated one! :)”
“We needed a new faucet and we like the brand we had very much, Grohe. When I researched it, I found Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. My husband were in and out of the showroom in 30 minutes. Yacob was very helpful in showing us around and discussing our needs. We were very impressed with this fabulous showroom and all the beautiful things you can order for your home. Next time we have a need for something sold at Ferguson, you can be sure we'll stop in again. Oh, and the faucet we purchased arrived on our doorstep the very next day!”
“So last Friday my husband and I purchased a new LG OLED 77” for our family room; setting up delivery and installation for this Monday 3/10. Store experience was 5 star with a very pleasant young salesperson. We were excited about such a fast delivery date.
What we did NOT know is that BB is now having some 3rd party company deliver and install their product. We had expected the same excellent experience we’ve had previously with GEEK squad which is why we have remained loyal to BB. The new company basically installed and ran…leaving my husband with all the trash. The “installer” handed him the remote and said “you can set the rest up from here”. Very poor customer service! My husband did not even realize they left thinking the guy had just gone out to his van to get something. Since we have 6 TV’s in our house, all from BB, this had never been our experience in the past. They said nothing about hauling away the old TV. What was I supposed to do with a 75” tv sitting in the middle of my family room on the floor!
I tried calling BB customer service and got someone who was clearly not in the USA and had no authority to do anything. I ended up at the store. What I learned was the salesperson should have asked us if we wanted the old tv taken, and there is a charge. She had not done that. Polaris BB customer service agreed to have the old tv picked up at a reduced cost which I was happy with .
Overall Polaris BB is a good place to shop and their people are friendly and helpful. However - corporate BB - this message is for you…IF you are going to outsource your delivery and installations - get a company who gives a crap and are NOT paid so when they get done for the day they can go home…I own 2 companies and there are ways to set up 3rd party handling to represent your business so it retains your customer base. DO BETTER!!!!”
“If you need help at this store, look for an awesome associate called FRED JONES!! Excellent customer service. He took his time to walk all the way to the front of the store to check on the availability of a product (because I couldn't). Thank you, thank you”
