“Love our local CubeSmart at E Dublin Granville Rd in Worthington where we have 3 units! Both Keith and Meci run the place like a charm. Whenever we’ve needed anything one of them has always been available and more than helpful. This is a well run business and I would highly recommend it. Always clean, safe and well monitored. Unfortunately I hear that Keith will soon be retiring as GM and we will be sorry to see him go. “Two reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. You get surprise insurance fees, so the final price is higher than indicated on the website, leaving you feel low-balled. And discounts were available online that weren't available in-person.
Otherwise, the move-in went smoothly. The process was simple and easy to follow and when I moved in, keys and a lock were waiting for me. For someone unused to storage spaces, that was a major benefit. Plus, management seem genuinely interested in a positive customer experience.”

“Both pickup and drop off of our rental van were fast and easy, and the staff was friendly. No issues with our rental either, it was in good condition and also had a full tank to start with, which was nice. I would recommend reminding people to check their email before departing, as I missed some additional vehicle checks/license plate confirmations due to that.”
